Hotel vicini a Old Lyon (Vieux Lyon) a Lione

Sono contenta di quasi tutto in questo hotel. Non ho un parere sul colazione perché non l'abbiamo avuto. + : posizione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Perrache, camere molto pulite e confortevoli. Ci sono stati anche alcuni sciroppi liberi in basso, e ci hanno dato una birra di Natale libero alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Molto bello staff lavorando (tutto con cui abbiamo parlato) -: troppo caldo nel dormitorio e impossibile controllare la temperatura dal pannello e c'era così tanto suono a causa del vento che veniva dal tetto, quindi chiedete di non essere all'ultimo piano.

Hotel vicino alla stazione di servizio conveniente e non costoso. Semplice ma pulita con una decorazione moderna. Pequeno bemol, la sala da colazione non è più all'hotel.

Ho Trascorso un bel soggiorno in una stanza spaziosa e adatta ai giorni di permanenza. La stanza é stata pulita ogni giorno, la reception é stata sempre arriva e disponibile a parlare inglese. Posizione e colazione perfette, una bella scelta.

Really comfortable private rooms and lovely and welcoming staff. Also amazing food in the restaurant. Loved my stay here, the staff and great vibe made me feel at home. I stayed one night in a private room which was great. I also stayed one night in a shared room which was not so great but that has more to do with me not feeling comfortable in a shared room and I would not do that again. Really recommend staying in a private room here if you’re in Lyon!

Nuit agréable dans un endroit calme et apaisant, la chambre est propre et spacieuse le plateau de courtoisie est une très bonne idée. Un personnel agréable, discret autant à l’accueil et petit déjeuner. Quand je vais dans un nouvel endroit que je ne connais pas je lis toujours les avis positifs et négatifs ensuite je me fais ma propre idée, il est vrai qu’au premier abord, on est surpris par la salle de bain monobloc, qui est néanmoins très propre mais qui n’est pas corrélations avec la chambre et l’endroit. Réponse de la direction, elles sont accessibles pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, (réponse faite sur les avis négatifs) ce que , après nous trouvons tout à fait normal le design de la SDB Comme je disais plus haut ce que l’on attends d’une chambre et salle de bain, c’est la propreté, et là c’est à 10/10. Comme Les communs qui le sont également. (Petit avis perso aux personnes détracteurs) et je ne suis pas leur avocat juste une cliente lambda. Néanmoins quand un hôtel affiche trois étoiles, c’est que les personnes qui les distribuent dans une rigueur extrême avec toutes les normes hôtelières et européennes ne se trompent certainement pas lors de leur enquête pour leur attribution. Donc pour finir, si vous devez réserver dans un hôtel aux abords de Lyon, n’hésitez pas à venir au domaine Saint-Joseph on n’y est très bien et le prix est très abordable.

At a guess, we have stayed at this Hotel 8-10 times over the past years. I am sorry to say that after our last experience, we will never stay there again. As a 5 Star Hotel, it was slipshod and dissappointing. On arrival, at 16.45 there was nobody on the Reception Desk, but there was a sign which said ” There is nobody on Reception at present, please take a seat and wait ! There is still construction works going on at the adjacent ****** and there are now only 4 parking spaces for guests. which includes one for disabled and one for electric car charging. The only parking is an unattended open car park some 800 metres from the Hotel and I was not prepared to leave a £200,000 car loaded with luggage, laptops, phones and personal items there. The Receptionist agreed that I could occupy a disabled person's bay on the proviso that he could move it if required. The suite on the mezzanine floor was fine apart from the following;_ - Only 5 TV channels none English. - No Notepad or pen. - No list of Telephone numbers to call reception or room service. - Ony 2 towels for 3 persons, when charged extra for 16 year old granddaughter to stay in the suite. Same for Glasses, cups, Tea bags milk. Just 2 for 3 persons. - The Wifi was awful and kept logging you off. Later found out that you could log in using any old name name and email address you cared to enter ! _ One Loo roll ,part used and no spare. - A Huge Stag Beetle was discovered on the sofa and at that point we had not opened the doors to the balcony. We were aware that the main Restaurant would be closed on the Tuesday that we arrived ,but shortly before we left England I received an email that room service would not be available either but we could have a cold meal in our room.Oh well onwards and upwards ! The cold meal turned out to be a choice between smoked salmon, cheese or cold meats each served with bread and butter. No desserts, not even Ice cream. Anyway, we opted for 2 salmon and 1 cheese. After a long wait, the receptionist knocked on the door with the salmon and cheese and a basket of bread which he had himself prepared and it comprised a single baguette cut up into slices and 3 pats of butter. The salmon was just as if it has come out of a packet and there were 6 miserable slices of 3 different cheeses. The cost for this gastronomic extravaganza was €127.00 which included Room service and a warm bottle of white wine( No Ice bucket either). Total cost for a nights stopover with breakfast with hard sausage and rubber bacon was €603.60. Sorry Pavillon, don't expect to see me again.

Bella camera con design moderno e pulito. Lettiera iper comoda!!! Molto apprezzata! Chambre dotée d’un agréable balcon. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel.

In generale, non è facile mangiare cibo intorno; Il vantaggio è la suite di appartamento e le strutture di vita sono complete; La metropolitana non può essere in 10 minuti.

L'hotel si trova in una zona molto commerciale con diversi catene di negozi e con ristorante e MC Donald. Inoltre è a pochi minuti in macchina dall'aeroporto. La struttura è nuova e le camere sono modernamente arredate. Il bagno con la doccia molto comoda. La colazione molto abbondante e ricca di prodotti. Letto comodo e camera silenziosa. Parcheggio gratuito sotto l'hotel. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

In precedenza, ho lasciato un esame negativo, perché ci voleva mesi per rimborsare l'hotel e mi sentivo come se fossi uscito dai metodi di contatto. La restituzione è finalmente completata, grazie Helene. Spero che una volta che il turismo comincia a riprendersi da COVID-19, possiamo costruire una relazione come vorremmo portare gruppi a Lyon e stare con voi.
