裏昂最好的5星級酒店。屋內現代裝修風格，現代衛生間裝修和設施，住着非常舒服。我們是7月份來尼斯，室外溫度高達38度，本來擔心空調不行，結果證明擔心是多餘的。空調冷量充足。酒店的外觀很漂亮，在河邊，看起來像是宮殿，其實是一個大型醫院改建的。因為是一個大型的綜合體，除了酒店還有10家左右的餐廳，和一些商店。早餐也非常豐富。地理環境非常好，步行可達市中心任何景點。

Hotel 5* ben posizionato fiancheggiando il maestoso e suggestivo fiume Rodano Meno suggestivo l’hotel che pur non avendo nulla di specifico da recriminare non ha una sua personalità che lo distingue, è una struttura classica ben frequentato, per Business. La suite che abbiamo avuto di 80 mq. è invece da definire ottima: un' ampia camera matrimoniale con relativo grande bagno e tanti prodotti di cortesia Hermes. Vasto soggiorno che separa la camera da un ampio salotto, che puô diventare anch'esso una camera con annesso un proprio bagno. La sala colazione all’ottavo piano godeva di un’immensa vista panoramica sulla città e il fiume, il buffet era buono e vario, non così i piccoli tavolini spogli. Abbiamo prenotato il cenone di Capodanno che era anche di qualità, ma la sala era la stessa della colazione con gli stessi piccoli tavolini spogli, senza una tovaglia, senza un addobbo. Una particolare menzione per il Concierge Sébastien, che è stato gentilissimo e molto efficiente. La colazione non era compresa nel prezzo della camera, come pure il Garage.

Questa è la seconda volta che ho soggiornato al Grand Hotel des Terreaux. L'hotel è in una posizione centrale a Lyon, e mi piace lo stile. Il servizio era eccellente, parlano inglese, e mi piaceva il buffet per colazione. La camera che ho soggiornato era molto bella, ma sul lato più piccolo, tipica per le camere d'albergo in Francia. Il letto era molto comodo per me, e la camera aveva un aria condizionata grande, perché può essere molto calda in Francia. L'accesso senza fili è stato incluso, e veloce e affidabile. In generale, un ottimo hotel posso consigliarlo molto.

Era la mia prima visita a Ibis Style. (conosco e frequento Accor da un vita.) ma in particolare questo marchio.. Situato alla gara di Lyon onestamente ci ha parzialmente delusi. Mi aspettavo più comodità. Nessun frigorifero in camera. Non era presente il phon tanto meno una presa 220 in bagno. TV bella e piatta ma fissa al muro e scomoda per uno dei due ospiti. Insomma per quasi 100 euro con colazione potrebbero fornire qualche accessorio in più. Letto al limite per 2 trattandosi di un matrimoniale alle francese. Personale comunque molto gentile e accomodante in particolare la signorina Pauline.

When you travel you expect to be treated fairly and justly. This hotel did not. It started off ok but it was hot when we were there and there was no air conditioning in our room. Our room was on the street side and we either had to open a window and listen to loud noise or sweat. They did give me a broken fan and the next day when I complained they said that I should have asked for a better fan. BUT they knew the fan was defective as previous guests had stuffed paper into the neck to try to get the fan to stay upright. The staff said they would call the police to stop the noise after 10 but you cannot call enough police to hold down a crowd of noisy people. The staff promised me a better room the next day but then changed their mind (after I complained to **********) telling me that since I purchased a reduced fare through a discount site, that I would not get a better room. I decided to move to a better hotel since there were many in the area. Then the hotel would not give me a refund. I am out $275 SO here is my suggestion. There are many hotels in the area a lot better with a lot better customer service. Find a better one. Next, never book a hotel that does not say specifically that they will give a refund. Next, never pay at the hotel, pay through **********. Next, if you book through a discount site, make sure the hotel has air conditioning in ALL rooms or you will get the worst room in the house. Arrivato in moto per un fine settimana innamorato, abbiamo scelto questo hotel assolutamente affascinante, con un posto caldo in un garage per la moto, accoglienza calda e personale molto piacevole. Non abbiamo avuto la camera più grande, ma era molto confortevole e dotata di un bagno a bubble. Il ristorante è eccellente, e hanno potuto adattarsi rapidamente ed efficacemente alla mia intolleranza alimentare che avevamo dimenticato di menzionare durante la prenotazione. Menzione speciale alla signora dell'accoglienza che ci ha servito un digestivo e un caffè.

Grande posizione, nel cuore del centro di Lyon. - Una stanza pulita. Molti buoni ristoranti in strada e intorno - e fortunatamente non sono nudi in camera. Il ricevitore del turno notturno è amichevole e bello. Per un hotel 4-star, sarebbe bello se l'acqua in bottiglia potesse essere fornita nella stanza, anche se il riempitore d'acqua è disponibile alla reception. Ma bene, il fatto è che 4-star hotel standard in Europa è certamente inferiore a 4-star hotel in Asia.

Residence con reception h24 che non è male. L'appartamento che avevamo noi (2 adulti e un ragazzino) aveva un soggiorno sala da pranzo con divano letto e angolo cottura, una camera matrimoniale e un bagno. Il tutto abbastanza ben organizzato negli spazi e nelle dotazioni. Letti comodi, anche se il matrimoniale era alla francese, quindi un po' stretto. Essendo su un'altura la vista era effettivamente notevole. Ma purtroppo i punti forti finiscono qui. All'arrivo il riscaldamento non funzionava, e anche se il personale ha fatto intervenire un tecnico, la prima notte la casa era oggettivamente fredda. Bagno piccolo, con il necessario per la toilette neanche al minimo sindacale, non c'era nemmeno il sapone, solo il doccia shampoo. Nessuna presa di corrente, nemmeno per un rasoio. In cucina, per la quale viene richiesta la pulizia finale, non c'era nemmeno uno strofinaccio o una spugnetta per lavare. La posizione, per quanto interessante per la vista, è davvero scomoda. La salita per raggiungere il residence non è alla portata di tutti, e secondo me andrebbe segnalata. Colazione a pagamento, di qualità media. Da segnalare che ci è stata offerta per una mattina, a compensazione del disagio provocato dal riscaldamento non funzionante.

La mia camera da letto era piccola, (a quanto pare 6 metri quadrati) lavastoviglie e doccia insieme, nessuna schermata ... ma c'era una tavola. Tuttavia, il letto e la camera erano senza spot e mi sono sentito comodo. La posizione, in un quartiere molto sicuro, è molto positiva dell’hotel. Non ho usato il ristorante, ma l’atmosfera era incoraggiante.

Un hotel ben situato, purtroppo, il parcheggio è pubblico Parcheggio Place de la République senza accesso diretto all'hotel. Il personale di pulizia ha preso il tempo di mettere i miei bagni nel kit di mio marito ... tanto per rendere il vostro ambiente a casa. Il bar non è molto ben memorizzato, ma il colazione è buono, la ricezione è ben attrezzata e la gente è molto amichevole e utile.

Nessun elettrone. Il bagaglio è in 4° piano. Il bagaglio della zona turistica estera è in movimento. La camera da letto è molto piccola. Le strutture sono vecchie e buone.
