La posizione è su una piccola collina, se avete bagagli può essere difficile, l'ambiente è molto bello, ma il letto è molto basso. Un'altra cosa che sorprende di più è che il banco mi ha già chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno al momento del check-in, e mi ha chiesto la tassa di soggiorno al momento del check-out. Lei era molto diffidente e mi ha detto che non si fidava di me. ha detto che il computer ha mostrato che il pagamento non è stato effettuato. Non so come il computer lo abbia scritto, quindi le ho chiesto di chiedere direttamente al suo staff. Per la mia esperienza, gli ospiti verranno addebitati al momento del check-in. Ha anche mostrato molto sospettoso, continuerò a prendere quello che ho... 😊 C'è voluto un po' di tempo per verificare, si è visto che c'è un problema con il sistema di questa famiglia~

very good for money! keep in mind it's up a steep hill, but there's a close bus stop near by that takes you straight to the city centre. towels/extra amenities are also a 5 euro charge but all in all it was very warm and cosy, and the cafe downstairs was a nice area to work in. good value for money i definitely recommend if you're on a budget

Pretty common area. Equipped with a kitchen, but which is closed at night. Located on top of the mountain, which comes with both pro and con: the place could be tiring to travel to, but also offers varied view of the city. The only complaint I might have is the upper bed could be hard and slightly dangerous to climb into/out (due to the bar, which was supposed to serve protection purpose?).

Lyon is a city of stairs and hills, and this hostel is near the top of one, 15 minutes from any metro stop on foot. Lyon is a city for walking, though. The shared kitchen was nice, but often very crowded, especially around dinner time. The capsule beds in the dormitory were fine, comfortable and quiet. My locker's door didn't quite work, so I had to stow my valuables with the front desk during the day. Staff was young, pleasant, and helpful. While most of the guests were backpackers, there was a minority of older travelers, often staying in rooms.

Clean sheets, and good service. Bathrooms in the dorms is a great addition. Would like to see more hooks in the bathroom.  The beds are bit hard and not made. The sheets were just thrown into the bed and I had to make the bed myself. Would perhaps been better if one would receive the sheets when you check in.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Clean facilities. Beds in dorms feel extremely private and each one has a light, a USB port and an outlet. Large lockers for each bed. Location is great, but on top of a steep hill, which makes carrying heavy luggage a bit strenuous. Kitchen facilities are good but limited and can get crowded very quickly.

Room was very clean and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is fairly well located, but be prepared to walk up hill to get there! The garden outside is a lovely place to sit and have a beer or glass of wine

Very nice hostel, there’s shared kitchen which makes it very convenient if you want to cook, and very good location, not far from the city center, and the space inthe cabin is quite decent

Convenient location close the Vieux Lyon, but be prepared to walk steeply uphill for around 5 minutes from the closest bus stop and around 10 minutes from the bottom of the hill. I only had a backpack so it was fine. Overall a pleasant stay, the staff was friendly. I like the setting of the room with solid black curtains in own cubical to have privacy (or as much as I can with 10 people sharing the room XD, this is definitely better than bunk beds tho in my opinion). Highly recommend!

Really lovely hostel. Clean and professional. Nice staff.

Nice hostel, the beds are all pods which was pretty hot in the night as it was summertime, and they are pretty loud whenever someone moves, felt like I was a mouse under some floor boards. Also due to the beds being in pods it's good if you want your privacy but bad if you wish to socialise. Really good location. You get 10% off at the bar downstairs.

Good value for money but it’s on a slope. Not rec if you have bug luggage. Room is clean and nice

There are a lot of ups and downs to get there, and it's very tiring. There are no restaurants around.
