L’appartement est confortable et spacieux (si on est dans l’esprit chambre d’hôtel), suffisamment équipé pour assurer le petit-déjeuner. Il est situé dans n quartier où foisonnent les restaurants, à proximité de commerces. Les stations de vélo libre-service sont nombreuses, toujours j’ai trouvé un vélo ou une place pour restituer celui qui ramenait en fin de journée ou en soirée. L’appartement est situé au-dessus de restaurants qui laissent planer une odeur de cuisine en soirée (qui se dissipe et disparaît en matinée). En revanche, je n’ai pas noté de bruit (cuisine, clientèle) comme on aurait pu s’y attendre.
