La posizione dell'hotel è buona, ma è un hotel molto vecchio. Inoltre, il servizio in camera, che dice 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, non è stato offerto alle 00:00 perché la cucina era chiusa. Mi è stato consigliato di ordinare da Uber Eats

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera doppia al Sofitel di Lione per un totale di 3 notti nell'estate del 2023. L'hotel è situato a poche strade da Place Bellecour, una delle piazze principali di Lione. È anche a circa 5 minuti da numerosi bar, bistrot e un grande supermercato (Monop') vicino a Place Bellecour. La camera in sé era una camera doppia abbastanza standard (circa 20 metri quadrati). Gli interni e l'arredamento dell'hotel sembrano un po' datati ma andavano bene e non avevano alcuna importanza materiale. Il minibar è gratuito e viene rifornito quotidianamente con acqua in bottiglia (naturale e frizzante), succhi di frutta, coca cola, frutta secca e noci. Il letto era bello e comodo e i cuscini erano rigidi. La nostra unica lamentela era che l'aria condizionata non era molto costante e si spegneva nel cuore della notte. Non è un problema se soggiorni qui in inverno, ma in estate è difficile dormire la notte. Tutto il personale era molto gentile e simpatico. Il concierge è stato particolarmente gentile e ci ha aiutato a depositare i bagagli e a organizzare un taxi per la stazione ferroviaria il nostro ultimo giorno. Abbiamo pagato circa 250 euro a notte e abbiamo pensato che valesse il prezzo.

酒店最喜歡的是毛巾柔軟，洗護用品也不錯！還有這個早上六點的風景！因為不知道怎麼使用遮光簾 需要調節，窗簾無法遮光。主要我覺得地毯有點舊了，雖然房間沒有異味但是樓道和門還有地毯都是老舊款式，我住的不是特別舒適，雖然被子和床很舒服，但總覺得有點陰，服務員特別特別好！迷你吧免費享用，有14小時送餐服務，不適合長住。

非常糟糕的酒店，太舊太舊了，房間又小，在國內就是縣城招待所級別吧，還收到1600一晚上。就是搜尋的時候出現在前面，看位置還不錯，又是索菲特就訂了，現在太后悔了

Struttura certamente di alto livello, ma no ho trovato adeguato li spazio della camera, un po’ piccola, in rapporto al prezzo pagato. Per il resto tutto bene.

Camera stretta i mq erano distribuiti in un corridoio a "L" e non c'era spazio. Camera vecchia con delle porte in legno all'interno che sembravano porte di un vano tecnico. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bella la hall, Ottima la colazione e molto bella la sala panoramica.

The staff went above and beyond to help us on our vacation. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great!

Really recommend this hotel. Perfect location in Lyon, Valet parking (€30/night). Lovely lobby and entrance, meeting 5 star expectations. Very friendly, capable and professional staff too! Location was as good as we could expect. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, with clean and comfortable rooms. Our only constructive criticism would be that the rooms feel a little tired (4 star standard) but it is obvious that Sofitel plan to address this, based on the incredible refurbished lobby. Furthermore, complimentary minibar (water, soft drinks and nuts) more than made-up for this. I will stay here again on our next trip to Lyon.

Lovely position with view over the river. Staff were very helpful. Light bar drinks and service impeccable. Breakfast on Floor 8 super

The property is in severe need of an upgrade, cabinets, bath, furnishings are from 40 to 50 years ago... views are nice but don't overcome these issues

I’m glad ******* has some good hotels on their website. This is one of them. Sofitel is in Belecour area which has a metro closed & one can get to the heart of old town- or you can walk crossing the Pont de Bonaparte over the river La Soane. The hotel could do with some updated carpets in the corridor which are worn out & shabby— which gives one a bad impression of what is to come. However the rest of the hotel is well maintained & clean. The breakfast room as a great view. The convenience to the old town is the best thing about this hotel.

Rooms are spacious, bed comfortable but the property is old and tired- service was hit and miss - air conditioning had to be fix (sweated the first night), then had to request 3 times for the removal of someone’s clothing from our room (the repairman’s perhaps) and also found the toilet seat up (did he use our bathroom?). Had to ask at reception for toilet paper as housekeeping forgot to refill. Certain areas of excellent service- the man who checked me at the front desk staff, concierge and person at downstairs bar. Excellent central location for visiting rest of Lyon and walkable to Bellacour station.
