Hotel in zona Helias Frogg, Lione

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e è arrivato attraverso un centro commerciale.Check in al 32esimo piano, ma devi fare dopo le 3 p.m., ma puoi salvare il bagaglio prima.La stanza è molto pulita, anche piccola, ma c'è qualcuno che non ha bisogno di cambiare la testa, perché c'è un carico USB. La porta è T1, la stazione ha un biglietto di autosufficienza, un biglietto 24 ore è molto conveniente e può guidare.La colazione è molto deliziosa, e il paesaggio è molto bello. Lion è un'antica città, molto bella.

Vraiment un superbe hôtel, avec une réception ouverte 24/24. L'hôtel Charlemagne est très calme et la chambre disposant d'un sas, sépare la porte d'entrée par une seconde porte, qui isole tous les bruits externes (même s'il y en a jamais eu :)). La chambre est très propre et dispose d'une bouilloire avec un assortiment de thés, cafés, lait et sucres. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner, mais il semblait très prometteur. Le wifi est correct et l'arrêt du tram T1 est à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel. Nombreuses commodités à moins de 100m, supermarché (ouvert jusqu'à minuit), bars, restaurations rapide, boulangerie bio (juste en face), place Bellecour à 15 minutes à pied, Brasserie Georges (5 minutes à pied), gare Perrache (5 minutes aussi). Au top cet hôtel ! Le seul petit point négatif, c'est que nous espérions une baignoire qui avait été annoncé sur la désignation de la chambre. Nous avons eu une douche. Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit, donc nous ne sommes pas retournés à l'accueil pour un changement de chambre avec baignoire, mais vu l'hôtel, je pense que ça aurait été possible. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et vous pouvez y aller sans sourciller.

La stanza è ben igienica, è confortevole e il calore è molto sufficiente.Ma la stanza è molto piccola, ma è il prezzo giusto. La posizione è molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria di Lion Part Dieu, a circa dieci minuti di cammino, e molto vicina alla stazione metropolitana. La stazione è un centro commerciale e è conveniente per mangiare e comprare.Alcune ristoranti accanto a loro hanno aperto la porta alle 12 della notte, molto conveniente.

Zona molto tranquilla. Accoglienza impeccabile, servizio professionale, spiegazioni chiare sia sull'ambiente vicino all'hotel che sul suo funzionamento. Indirizzo di scoperta, alloggio che consiglierò con piacere al mio entourage professionale e personale.

È un bell'aparthotel. Le camere sono di dimensioni adeguate con una piccola cucina. Ottieni tutte le cose di base. Stazione della metropolitana a soli 2 minuti a piedi e porta al centro in 15 minuti

Dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio, mi serviva solo una camera fredda, tranquilla, oscura con un letto confortevole per aiutarmi a mettere un po’ di jet giù dietro di me. Dopo aver controllato, sono andato nella mia stanza assegnata per trovare che era piuttosto caldo. Ho visitato la stanza di un collega per vedere se forse tutte le camere erano calde o se fosse solo mia, e la stanza di mio collega era più fredda. Ho fatto rapporto al dipartimento frontale e ho chiesto aiuto. Il divano era attento e rispondevole, ma ho suggerito di darle qualche ora per rifrigersi. Dopo due ore, la stanza era ancora calda (24-25C), quindi ho chiesto una stanza diversa. Mi è stata data una stanza diversa ma sullo stesso lato soleggiato dell'hotel. La stanza potrebbe essere stata un po' più fredda, ma non molto. Forse l'A/C non è sufficiente per superare il trasferimento di calore attraverso i frame di finestra di alluminio o forse ok ha appena provato due camere calde diverse, ma mi premerebbe stare attento se rimarrei qui in un giorno caldo. Ho soggiornato a marzo (quando era molto più freddo) e ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole. Il personale è amichevole, le camere sono pulite, le strutture sono belle. Se rimanendo in un giorno caldo, suggerirei una stanza sul retro dell'hotel. Forse sarebbe più freddo.

At a guess, we have stayed at this Hotel 8-10 times over the past years. I am sorry to say that after our last experience, we will never stay there again. As a 5 Star Hotel, it was slipshod and dissappointing. On arrival, at 16.45 there was nobody on the Reception Desk, but there was a sign which said ” There is nobody on Reception at present, please take a seat and wait ! There is still construction works going on at the adjacent ****** and there are now only 4 parking spaces for guests. which includes one for disabled and one for electric car charging. The only parking is an unattended open car park some 800 metres from the Hotel and I was not prepared to leave a £200,000 car loaded with luggage, laptops, phones and personal items there. The Receptionist agreed that I could occupy a disabled person's bay on the proviso that he could move it if required. The suite on the mezzanine floor was fine apart from the following;_ - Only 5 TV channels none English. - No Notepad or pen. - No list of Telephone numbers to call reception or room service. - Ony 2 towels for 3 persons, when charged extra for 16 year old granddaughter to stay in the suite. Same for Glasses, cups, Tea bags milk. Just 2 for 3 persons. - The Wifi was awful and kept logging you off. Later found out that you could log in using any old name name and email address you cared to enter ! _ One Loo roll ,part used and no spare. - A Huge Stag Beetle was discovered on the sofa and at that point we had not opened the doors to the balcony. We were aware that the main Restaurant would be closed on the Tuesday that we arrived ,but shortly before we left England I received an email that room service would not be available either but we could have a cold meal in our room.Oh well onwards and upwards ! The cold meal turned out to be a choice between smoked salmon, cheese or cold meats each served with bread and butter. No desserts, not even Ice cream. Anyway, we opted for 2 salmon and 1 cheese. After a long wait, the receptionist knocked on the door with the salmon and cheese and a basket of bread which he had himself prepared and it comprised a single baguette cut up into slices and 3 pats of butter. The salmon was just as if it has come out of a packet and there were 6 miserable slices of 3 different cheeses. The cost for this gastronomic extravaganza was €127.00 which included Room service and a warm bottle of white wine( No Ice bucket either). Total cost for a nights stopover with breakfast with hard sausage and rubber bacon was €603.60. Sorry Pavillon, don't expect to see me again.

L'hotel si trova in una zona molto commerciale con diversi catene di negozi e con ristorante e MC Donald. Inoltre è a pochi minuti in macchina dall'aeroporto. La struttura è nuova e le camere sono modernamente arredate. Il bagno con la doccia molto comoda. La colazione molto abbondante e ricca di prodotti. Letto comodo e camera silenziosa. Parcheggio gratuito sotto l'hotel. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Hotel idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pieds du stade. Accueil sympathique et très belle surprise en arrivant dans la chambre. Un t-shirt de notre groupe préféré nous attendait sur le lit. Et accessoires lumineux dans l'entrée de l'hôtel gratuitement. Également bouteilles d'eau (plate et gazeuse). Très bonne literie Chambre très propre et calme Assez spacieuse pour 2 avec coin bureau et salle de douche assez grande. Petit déjeuner classique sans bonne ni mauvaise surprise.
