Hotel in zona CAPITAINERIE DE LYON CONFLUENCE, Lione

Stagione vacanza 5 giorni su Lyon. Bella piscina in cantina, con un'alta qualità, hammam e spa, un grande difetto, le belle camere con vista sul Rhône sono passi phonici, cattivo isolamento delle pareti e vetro sul lato boulevard del fiume. ! .fuggire da questo lato rivoglio troppo rumore.Abbiamo quindi trasferito il 2° giorno per una camera posteriore cortile interno e qui era ben 3 giorni dopo, il silenzio. Personale presente, camere fatto ogni giorno, colazione brunch fino alle 14:00. Buona permanenza, ti consiglio.

L'accesso facile alla stazione ferroviaria di Part Dieu, e passeggiare lontano dalla vecchia città e da altri grandi luoghi di visione. L'unica cosa è la pulizia non era grande. Quando sono entrato per la prima volta, c'erano misteriosi fiacchi e polveri nei soffitti e nel pavimento, e anche l'isolamento sonoro non è il migliore in questo vecchio edificio, quindi ogni mattina siate consapevoli delle porte chiuse e delle porte chiuse dell'ascensore.

La stanza è ben igienica, è confortevole e il calore è molto sufficiente.Ma la stanza è molto piccola, ma è il prezzo giusto. La posizione è molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria di Lion Part Dieu, a circa dieci minuti di cammino, e molto vicina alla stazione metropolitana. La stazione è un centro commerciale e è conveniente per mangiare e comprare.Alcune ristoranti accanto a loro hanno aperto la porta alle 12 della notte, molto conveniente.

Un hôtel qui donne envie, au moment de réserver, j'ai été conquis par le marketing, les photos qui donnent l'eau à la bouche et je m'attendais donc à une prestation à la hauteur de mes espérances. Hélas, même si le séjour c'est bien passé, je reste sur ma faim. A la réception, on m'a annoncé un surclassement mais en réalité il s'agit simplement d'une chambre identique avec un petit canapé en lieu et place du fauteuil. Bref, une légère amélioration qui est très aimable mais pas d'effet ”whaoo” et pour un client en statut Platinum, et avec un hôtel peu rempli, c'est dommage. La chambre d'entrée de game à une literie incroyable (une des meilleures que j'ai testé, cela reste le point fort qui se détache) et est bien insonorisée sur l'extérieur (on entend rien, pas même les trains passer, pourtant juste à coté); par contre on entend les clients passer dans le couloir, pour peu que ceux ci soient bavards. Pour un séjour de 3 nuits, et pour le tarif, j'aurais aimé avoir à minima une bouteille d'eau neuve chaque jour; il n'en est rien. Une seule bouteille à l'arrivée et non renouvellée. De même que, on as une dizaine de sachets de thé mais tout du même parfum; ça n'a aucun sens. Quitte à mettre 8 à 10 sachets, faites un assortiment d'au moins 3 ou 4 variétés. Car si le client n'aime pas l'unique parfum, tant pis pour lui! Pour la vue, la encore, déçu, on m'a mis côté bâtiment alors qu'il y avais peu de clients cette semaine là. Dommage de ne pas avoir eu le côté ville, plus sympa, car le côté bâtiment est vraiment pas terrible.... Le restaurant est original. Les plats sont bon, mais cher. Le dessert, un flan vanille tout simple à 9€, c'est exagéré car c'est vraiment moyen. Quand au capuccino, c'est le plus mauvais que j'ai jamais goûté. Je n'ai pas pu le finir. Attention aussi au petit verre de mise en bouche a l'ananas proposé gratuitement: c'était très très fort (et pourtant j'aime ce qui est relevé), et de nombreux clients se sont fait surprendre ce soir là, j'ai bien observé... A minima, communiquer que c'est fort aux clients... Pour le petit déjeuner a 28€, et de peur d'être encore déçu, je n'ai pas voulu tester. Bref, un hôtel confortable mais pas la hauteur de son tarif, bien plus cher qu'un Mercure, ou Novotel pour rester dans la gamme Accor, mais avec des prestations en net retrait. Et encore, j'ai séjourné en période calme donc aux tarifs les plus bas... Je n'ose imaginer dans une période de forte demande. Dommage; cela ne me donne pas envie de revenir au Pullman, le choix en établissement concurents et mieux positionnés ne manque pas dans cette belle ville de Lyon.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione, appena fuori dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ma le strutture dell'hotel sono un po' vecchie e le camere sono un po' piccole. La posizione complessiva dell'hotel è altamente raccomandata. Altri sono un po' nella media. Standard domestico della locanda domestica. 😂Forse sarà meglio dopo la ristrutturazione l'anno prossimo.

Nous sommes venue pour le week ends de Pâques avec ma copine nous avons était super bien accueilli, la chambre que nous avons eu était vraiment parfaite très belle et très propre. Aucun regret sur cette hôtel je le conseil fortement pour le prix il est parfait. Le petit déjeuner très bon avec des produit maison et frais.

Zona molto tranquilla. Accoglienza impeccabile, servizio professionale, spiegazioni chiare sia sull'ambiente vicino all'hotel che sul suo funzionamento. Indirizzo di scoperta, alloggio che consiglierò con piacere al mio entourage professionale e personale.

I stayed for one week to attend a conference at Centre Congres de Lyon. This Apart'City locates 15 minutes away on foot from the Center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very functional and spacious. The only things I did not like were the smell of the sewage outlet in a bathroom and the appearance of a small roach twice in 7 days. However, I would choose this hotel again next time, since it is very comfortable and the rent is reasonable. There are small shops and a café nearby. There is a bus stop next to this hotel which takes us downtown.

At a guess, we have stayed at this Hotel 8-10 times over the past years. I am sorry to say that after our last experience, we will never stay there again. As a 5 Star Hotel, it was slipshod and dissappointing. On arrival, at 16.45 there was nobody on the Reception Desk, but there was a sign which said ” There is nobody on Reception at present, please take a seat and wait ! There is still construction works going on at the adjacent ****** and there are now only 4 parking spaces for guests. which includes one for disabled and one for electric car charging. The only parking is an unattended open car park some 800 metres from the Hotel and I was not prepared to leave a £200,000 car loaded with luggage, laptops, phones and personal items there. The Receptionist agreed that I could occupy a disabled person's bay on the proviso that he could move it if required. The suite on the mezzanine floor was fine apart from the following;_ - Only 5 TV channels none English. - No Notepad or pen. - No list of Telephone numbers to call reception or room service. - Ony 2 towels for 3 persons, when charged extra for 16 year old granddaughter to stay in the suite. Same for Glasses, cups, Tea bags milk. Just 2 for 3 persons. - The Wifi was awful and kept logging you off. Later found out that you could log in using any old name name and email address you cared to enter ! _ One Loo roll ,part used and no spare. - A Huge Stag Beetle was discovered on the sofa and at that point we had not opened the doors to the balcony. We were aware that the main Restaurant would be closed on the Tuesday that we arrived ,but shortly before we left England I received an email that room service would not be available either but we could have a cold meal in our room.Oh well onwards and upwards ! The cold meal turned out to be a choice between smoked salmon, cheese or cold meats each served with bread and butter. No desserts, not even Ice cream. Anyway, we opted for 2 salmon and 1 cheese. After a long wait, the receptionist knocked on the door with the salmon and cheese and a basket of bread which he had himself prepared and it comprised a single baguette cut up into slices and 3 pats of butter. The salmon was just as if it has come out of a packet and there were 6 miserable slices of 3 different cheeses. The cost for this gastronomic extravaganza was €127.00 which included Room service and a warm bottle of white wine( No Ice bucket either). Total cost for a nights stopover with breakfast with hard sausage and rubber bacon was €603.60. Sorry Pavillon, don't expect to see me again.

Hotel idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pieds du stade. Accueil sympathique et très belle surprise en arrivant dans la chambre. Un t-shirt de notre groupe préféré nous attendait sur le lit. Et accessoires lumineux dans l'entrée de l'hôtel gratuitement. Également bouteilles d'eau (plate et gazeuse). Très bonne literie Chambre très propre et calme Assez spacieuse pour 2 avec coin bureau et salle de douche assez grande. Petit déjeuner classique sans bonne ni mauvaise surprise.
