Abbiamo cacciato nel lobby di grandezza per un'altra ora, controllando intermittente l'app sul nostro telefono per vedere se la stanza era pronta. Abbiamo controllato con il desk di nuovo alle 5:30. Tuttavia, la nostra stanza non era pronta. Ci hanno dato un buono per un buono da 25 dollari per cena.Più di un'ora dopo ci hanno detto che la nostra stanza era pronta. Ci hanno dato altri due sacchetti regalo insieme alle chiavi.Finalmente siamo arrivati nella nostra stanza alle 6:45. Il personale era grande. Ci hanno tenuti aggiornati e sono molto scusati, hanno spiegato che erano molto occupati quel giorno, ma ora mi sto guardando alle analisi precedenti e vedo che non sono solo nella mia esperienza di check-in. Sembra che sia un tema ripetuto. Ovviamente, un esempio di sottosufficienza cronica. Poi il giorno dopo c'era più prove. In giornata dentro c'è un avviso che dice che non avrete servizi di custodia a meno che non chiamate e chieste al dipartimento frontale. Mi sono chiamato a chiederglielo e mi è stato detto che non ci sarebbe stata alcuna offerta di custodia in quel giorno. Non credo di aver mai soggiornato in un hotel dove mi è stato negato il servizio di custodia. Infine, è un grande hotel con diversi ascensori. Solo uno ha lavorato. C'era letteralmente una linea all'ascensore degli ospiti che cercavano di raggiungere le loro stanze. È tutto il male.Ecco il buono: è tranquillo, pulito e il personale è di prima qualità.

This is easily one of the nicest non-chain (& it's family owned!) hotels I've found in the Northwest. It's always immaculately clean, the staff is professional, friendly, and dedicated. I've been working in the area for 9 months, and bounced around hotels looking for a decent place to stay, and couldn't believe I found this place! Affordable, and pound for pound much more comfortable than the big-chain competitors nearby.

I loved my stay in Lynnwood—clean room and helpful staff. This location is close to Alderwood Mall which is convenient. My refrigerator was replaced with a new one, and when I returned, it was a fantastic surprise. I recommend staying in Lynnwood, the perfect place with the best experience for a short stay.
