我2018年第一次來感覺很驚艷，今年6月份又去了但整體來説還是不錯的，設施當然有些老舊了，周圍環境比較安靜，附近有個商場，隔壁就是蘋果蜂，關鍵是離高速口非常近，對第二天着急趕路的人來説很方便，對比住過的其他家sleep inn 這家一直比較好，前台接待很多是附近的自由大學的學生，素質很高，給這家酒店加分不少！

I had a king accessible room and it was great. Even the cost was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself, The breakfast was good too

Shower door leaking to floor issues, coffee was on bath sink, which didnt leave room for us to get ready. Hair dryer didnt fit holder well and kept falling. Everything else was great. Clean rooms and plenty of towels.

Clean, comfortable room, smaller than some others but very nice. Staff was courteous and efficient especially the women at the breakfast buffet. Parking was very convenient too. I enjoyed 2 one night stays and returned for the second about a week after the first because I was impressed. Would try other Sleep Inn properties based on my good experience in Lynchburg.

It’s a pretty standard mid-range hotel, and I would have rated it higher if not for two glaring omissions:
- the main staircase - the one they feature prominently on their photos - is disgustingly dirty. Not a little dirty - it’s so dirty I wanted to go around it. The rest of the hotel is pretty clean, if a bit dated.
- there are no sidewalks anywhere, nor there is a crosswalk to get to LU. I mean, it’s right there, across the street! Why not give people an option to walk to Liberty instead of driving? Granted, it’s not strictly in the hotel’s purview - but the hotel is owned by LU, and LU can make things happen in Lynchburg if it wants to.

When I checked in, I was given a room that was occupied. the front desk agent was unaware that the previous person was still in the room.

I booked a king sized bed and got a double. Pretty disappointing. I am expecting at least a partial refund.
