Welcome to Chaumont NY! This house is in a country setting with ample parking. The NYS boat launch is just 3 miles down the road. This is a great house for your fishing trip, family getaway, or weekend retreat. This year round home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are two bonus rooms with a futon in each room. After a long day on the water, come home to cookout on the grill and take in the breathtaking sunsets.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Great stay We stayed at this property in February when my son was competing in the Winter Soldier Marathon. It was very comfortable and exactly as advertised.Also, I made a mistake on Saturday night and needed some help with property from the owner. She picked up on the first ring and solved the problem. She was a wonderful hostess.

Wedding We booked this at the last minute for a wedding . It was close to the venue. Booking was great and we ended up with a extra nite because of a cancellation

Lots of room This place is much bigger than it looks from the outside and it is configured in such a way that a large group can either gather together or have privacy. And that is a precious thing when traveling with family. It was incredibly clean and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Check in with super easy. Very conveniently located near Chaumont and a short drive to the lake.
