Swiss Hotel

Our stay in the Swiss Hotel was just perfect! Starting with the location, and finishing with service and the food in their restaurant - everything is on the high level. The price reflects the quality. Helpful and friendly staff, cozy and comfortable rooms very nicely decorated. The hotel has everything you might need. For me it was helpful - the beauty salon "Maska" they have. It was very useful to get ready before the romantic dinner on their roof terrace :) Special thanks to the girls for the makeup and the hairstyle! I recommend it! The administrator Mykhaylo booked us a room via Instagram - so easy :) We are very thankful for the service!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. A year ago I stayed or 7 nites. This time, one year later I stayed for total for 6 nites. It’s nice to know some hints don’t change. Still wonderful crisp white sheets, most charming manager and everyone was kind, helpful and served with a smile. Because there were three of us we reserved a suite. Very comfortable and spacious enough. The breakfast was fresh and lots of choices.

As for me, this World-class hotel deserves to be rated as a 5-star hotel. Everything in the hotel is luxurious, the design is really unique. I just love how they used bright colors in the interior, but they made it with a style. Special respect - for a positive carpet. The room was big enough but cozy. It had everything you might need: slippers, robe, shampoo, shower gel, body cream, shower hat and... I was surprised with a towel set. Lviv welcomed us with cold wintery weather, but in the hotel, we felt warm and cozy :) The hotel has a conference hall, a beauty salon "Maska", and one of the best restaurants in the town, named "Valentino", which I recommend you to visit, even if you don't stay in the Swiss Hotel. They also have a Rome-Turkish sauna and parking. The cuisine was wonderful. I was so amazed by the meals. I'm pretty picky about the food, but here everything was excellent. A big Bravo to a chef (don't know what's his name, but he went to our table once to serve their special pumpkin creme brulee). The service was nice, pleasant, and attentive. Special thanks to the doorman in the hat :) The hotel itself is located in the city center, in a few minutes walk there is a Rynok square with a city hall where you can go to the top of the tower, the Opera, and a monument to King Danylo. The hotel has the parking, which was very important to us, as we were traveling in our car. And we always had a spot to park, even tho it's right in the city center, and it's always crowded with cars. We were looking for a hotel with parking, and seems like we made a nice choice :)

We have stayed here for 7 nites. Each day has been perfect. Receptionist was very gracious and spoke English. Very helpful. Our rm is on the main road. Noise is slight. Do feel the bed jiggle a little with passing of tram. Linens are perfectly white- bed comfy. Room is decent size. Bathroom a bit small but doable. Having the Valentino restaurant is a great advantage. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Great location and nice staff.

Великолепный отель в самом центре. Уютно, атмосферно. Мы брали полулюкс, большой номер, кровать гигантского размера, можно на ней потеряться, прям классно очень. Подушки классные, спалось отлично. Халаты и тапки есть. Парковка напротив. Адекватная цена на проживание, персонал отличный, детям при заезде подарили по игрушке - дети в восторге! Отель смело рекомендую!
