Hotel di lusso a Distretto di Nakagami

"Il sole è molto bello, il fuoco della cena in camera è molto bello, molto adatto per l'hotel di Liangping, ci tornerà la prossima volta! Ci sono pochi distanze dalla città e dai punti di immersione. La città può prendere un taxi o un autobus per andare. L'uscita dell'hotel è a sinistra con un ristorante."

"Large hotel with spacious rooms, though a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Nice beach and great sea views from the rooms. But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car. First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000. Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers. Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world ! It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm. Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night . Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists- All the TV channels are in Japanese. Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices. In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided."

"Le camere sono grandi e spaziose, ma l'hotel sembra carente di personale, dato che la nostra camera era piuttosto sporca e sembrava non essere stata pulita a dovere. In primo luogo, il letto sembrava che qualcuno ci si fosse appena sdraiato sopra e i letti erano sbilenchi, in secondo luogo il frigorifero era davvero sporco, non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di pulirlo, e in terzo luogo, ci sono molte impronte sul pavimento, il che significa che non hanno abbastanza tempo per pulire lo sporco. Oh, e abbiamo avuto un altro problema con la camera: la TV si accendeva automaticamente da sola a orari strani 😬 Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a comunicare con il personale perché il loro inglese non è molto fluente. Ma nel complesso, è un ottimo hotel per famiglie, ho adorato i servizi, i bambini si sono divertiti un mondo in piscina e sono andati pazzi per gli scivoli e per i servizi in spiaggia. Un bonus extra per gli ”happy hour drink” (dalle 15:00 alle 18:00 e dalle 21:00 alle 23:00)."

"La stanza è di fronte al mare, così rilassati e tranquilli. La vista è bella e la stanza è tesa. Il colazione è ok, ma non hanno molte scelte rispetto ad altri hotel."

"Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. La prima esperienza con un hotel 5 stelle e è stato fantastico! Situato proprio accanto al Village Americano e ci sono stati molti posti per camminare o ciclismo e esplorare. Il personale ha anche aiutato a fare una prenotazione di taxi, perché abbiamo fatto un volo precoce. Grazie Hilton per aver fatto del nostro ultimo viaggio in Giappone un'ottima! Oh e il buffet del colazione era buono! Vorrei che le cose cambiassero, ma non si lamentassero perché il cibo era di alta qualità!"

"經香港Youtuber 介紹訂了這間酒店，從發e mail過去要求late check in and check out 到離開果一刻都覺得服務滿燈。房間空閒感夠，燈光唔太光所以好有情調，3樓lounge and outdoor swimming pool係我至愛，可以一直飲住酒黎游水，仲有一樓大堂餐廳食物質素高，brunch 可以係早上7點至下午2點任食，下午1點30last order, check out 後都可以繼續食同埋有幾款食物for take away。 2樓同3樓嘅lounge 都係24小時可以飲成晚，同swimming pool都係😂"

"Nice and quiet location near American Village. I was assigned a lower-floor harbour view room which looks over the carpark in front of the hotel. Hotel staff was kind to move me to a higher floor room at my request. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and decent facilities. Only thing to complain about is probably the gym (little equipment)."

"Instalaciones excelentes, puro relax. Vistas a la playa y al mar des de la habitación espectaculares. Habitación de 10. El principal hándicap es la cantidad de niños que nos encontramos, sobretodo en la piscina. Si el hotel fuese adults only sería un auténtico lujo. Los precios del desayuno y cena son caros para la calidad/cantidad y no es tipo buffet para ppder elegir libremente. En cuanto a la ubicación, sí es cierto que está en un lugar paradisíaco, pero lejos de todo. Algo que NO nos gustó fue que nos cobraran, con el desayuno, a pesar de lo que se paga, medio vaso de leche."
