They picked me up from the airport, although it is not far from the airport but I arrived late. Friendly from the moment I called for the pick up. I also needed directions the following day and the lady and young man who checked me in helped with this. The room was lovely and clean and I had a nice view to the side. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean. I did have some noisy neighbours but as there is no telephone in the room couldn't let reception know. In the end I put earplugs in my ears. I slept well though. The breakfast was substantial and a lot to choose from. The manager at reception (a different one) called the bus headquarters to make sure I had the correct bus numbers for my very important day. What an incredibly friendly hotel. If ever you need to find something near the hotel I would suggest this one. They also have a bar and restaurant so that is good when you have time or need this.

La posizione è molto conveniente vicino alla stazione principale, più vicino alle fermate degli autobus e dei tram. Ci sono molte costruzioni sulla strada fuori dall'hotel, ma non è stato un problema. La nostra stanza era una buona dimensione, non grande, ma buona spazio aperto di chiusura/spazio di magazzinaggio. Il letto era comodo con le mutandine davvero buone! Il bagno aveva una doccia molto grande, un piccolo bacino, ma in generale bello. Molti uscite/piumini, buoni specchi, un lungo ufficio. Non abbiamo fatto il colazione, quindi non possiamo parlarne. Nemmeno abbiamo fatto il bar al tetto. Mentre la zona di lobby/ricezione è piccola, è benvenuta e nuova, proprio come le camere. Tutto era pulito, nuovo e moderno. Il personale era super utile e bello. Ci sarebbe stato felice di rimanere qui di nuovo.

Beh, il ristorante come il penthouse: sicuramente una delle più splendide viste di una capitale europea, leggermente così attraente come l'altra che avevo in questo ristorante molto il sabato 15 luglio: un sorriso eccellente su una donna solitario, con capelli bui, proprio davanti a me, più tardi al colazione, sicuramente una figlia di Afrodite! Avresti dovuto chiedere un check-out tardivo di domenica mattina invece di lasciarla dietro al receptionist, i fine settimana sono sempre troppo brevi! Quindi sì, tutte le viste considerate, splendido colazione nel ristorante (mangiare un po' meno splendido perché mancava una vista)! ;) Più seriamente, questa stazione ferroviaria è a soli 10 minuti a piedi, così si può ammirare la città facendo la vostra strada. Inoltre, molto bella camera singola, piatti copiosi, dessert piacevoli (il mango è stato ben fatto) e tutto questo un personale di cura! In quel biglietto, un bel fine settimana in questo hotel, sarò certamente tornato l'anno prossimo, spero di ammirare di nuovo le stesse viste! Ich war mit meiner Frau für einen Kurztipp in diesem Hotel. Als Zimmer bekommt man das was man erwarten kann. Das wichtigste Kriterium hat dieses Hotel aber absolut erfüllt. Abgesehen vom Rauchmelder an der Decke (geschenkt) war es picobello sauber. Besonders loben möchte ich das Team. Alle unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Wirklich super. Einen Stern muss ich jedoch wegen der Lage abziehen. Eine Anreise ohne Auto ist wegen der eher unpraktischen Lage sollte definitiv unterbleiben. Fazit: Wir bedanken uns und gerne wieder

Naturalmente, è molto vecchio, ma l'hotel ha un buon clima classico. L'acqua è bella, forse perché è nuova. L'acqua calda confortevole e il ventilatore a pressione idrica e il ventilatore sono anche molto potenti, sono i migliori. Mi piace curare il bellissimo intrigo che può guarire la fatica di viaggiare a lungo. E'molto bello a tre minuti dalla stazione. La ricetta sorride anche molto e consiglia fortemente l'hotel.

Visita per viaggio di lavoro. La camera, nonostante un'installazione obsoleta, dispone di letti confortevoli. Tra gli aspetti negativi: - Nessun minibar - Rete Wi-fi con portata insufficiente (stanza 333 in fondo al corridoio) - Assenza di accappatoio in bagno (disponibile in altra camera) Per quanto riguarda la prenotazione per la seconda notte, nonostante un prezzo notevolmente più alto (250EUR contro 198), non mi è stata offerta una camera più confortevole. Al momento del check-out alle 5:30, chiedo che il costo della colazione (27 EUR) venga detratto dal conto finale poiché il ristorante è chiuso a quell'ora. L'addetto alla reception mi spiega che non è possibile modificare la fatturazione. Vergogna. Il prezzo praticato è a mio avviso troppo alto rispetto ai servizi offerti. Nota positiva: la colazione è eccellente.

Cet hôtel ne vaut pas le standing ibis styles. Il vaut à peine un ibis budget, et encore pour en avoir fait, il y a des ibis budget largement au-dessus de celui-ci. On a payé 80€ la nuit sans le petit déjeuner (tarif preferentie carte accor) (13,50€/pers en plus). La chambre (au 5eme): Très petite, avec une lucarne en guise de fenêtre, à plus de 1m70 de hauteur. Très peu de place, le lit est collé au mur, les coussins inconfortables ainsi que le matelas. Peu de place pour mettre une valise. Il fait très chaud et lourd dans la chambre, notre séjour était au 1er avril avec 10°C au plus fort de la journée et de la pluie tout le jour. Une chaleur donc inexpliquée. Impossible de mettre la climatisation qui fait trop de bruit et qui fonctionne à peine. Pas de frigo, pas de coffre, pas de bouteille d'eau habituelle pour le standing ibis styles. Heureusement, il y avait 2 verres, pour quoi faire ... on ne sait pas. La salle de bains : On peut se poser sur les toilettes en même temps qu'on se brosse les dents. Point positif : la douche assez spacieuse L humidité qui en ressort reste au plafond, qui par ailleurs, malgré le rafraîchissement récent de la peinture, commence à faire des cloques et abîmer tout le plafond. Absence de VMC dans la salle de bains, ce qui amène l'humidité dans la chambre et augmente ainsi la chaleur lourde et malsaine. Cette humidité reste la nuit entière. Petit déjeuner : Petit déjeuner à 13,50€ par personne... Quelle honte !! Jus d orange industrielle, mini vienoisseries industrielles quand il y en a encore. Les fruits moisis, du fromage et jambon bas de gamme pour ceux qui aiment le salé. A ce prix là, je fais le même petit déjeuner pour 4 personnes avec des produits de meilleurs qualités. Parking : Attention, ils indiquent qu'ils ont un parking à disposition. Quand on les appelle, ils nous indiquent de ne pas prendre leur parking, à 18€ les 24h, car assez difficile à manœuvrer. Il est préférable, selon leurs recommandations, de prendre le parking plaza juste à côté de l hôtel pour 3 -4€ de plus Parking plaza très propre et facile d'accès et de circulation mais à 40€ les 24h. On est loin des 3 - 4€ de plus. A ce prix là, j aurais préféré manœuvrer... Personnel : Un acceuil froid, distant et limite agressif, et le même comportement par la personne en charge du petit déjeuner. Le personnel est habillé en jogging, basket, sweat et tenue inadaptée pour un hôtel, et encore moins, pour un hôtel de ce standing. L'agent d'entretien est très polie et fait ce qu'elle peut avec le peu de moyen qu'elle a. On se demande d'ailleurs où va notre argent Hygiène et environnement : La propreté en chambre et en partie commune laisse à désirer. L ascenseur sent la vieille moquette, du rez de chaussée au 5eme étage, c'est long, très long avec cette odeur. Malgré les travaux annoncés, on remarque tout de même, le manque de volonté de l'équipe tant au niveau décoration qui n'a aucun sens et thème dans l'ensemble de l hôtel. Manque de goût, hôtel

Da wir die typischen Hotelservices praktisch nie nutzen, passt ein Appartement mit Kitchenette besser zu uns. Und das Residhome in Belval ist das bisher Beste, das wir gebucht haben. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, auch mit den wichtigsten Küchenutensilien und Geschirr, so daß man nichts mitzubringen braucht. Das Bad ist ziemlich groß mit ebenerdiger Dusche, was wir persönlich lieben. Ein großes Fenster lässt sich richtig öffnen, obwohl eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, das ist auch sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich richtig willkommen und das auch noch 24/7! Ganz klare Empfehlung, wir werden beim nächsten Besuch wieder hier wohnen und freuen uns schon darauf.

2 adults and a 3 year old + 1 dog. 2 Night stay in July. We stayed in a split level room, which are very spacious. The main bed is very nice, my toddler decided to kick me out of that for the second night and had to sleep on the sofa bed which wasn't comfortable. They could do with getting proper aircon in the rooms. The hotel is attached to a golf club and the ground around are very nice. We didnt eat in the restaurant as i had read on here it wasn't very good. It was also very expensive. 15 minute drive down to Remich on the German border there are some nice places to eat. We went looking for a bar in the hotel, we found the golf clubhouse which we weren't made to feel welcome, funny looks from the golfing members and the staff looked at us as if we weren't meant to be there. Which is weird, wasn't asked if we needed any assistance. So we walked back to the room without getting a drink. Reception staff we spoke to were very nice and helpful. NOTE: On the door they have a hanger to let people know your pet is in there alone and the owners are out so don't disturb, which i found really good,
