Mio marito e io andammo a cena per un pomeriggio, che era eccellente! Il servizio era meraviglioso; eravamo andati all'hotel prima, e ci ricordarono e ci diede un caloroso benvenuto. Molte persone celebravano diverse occasioni intorno a noi e si poteva vedere che anche la squadra ha fatto sentire tutti molto speciale! Hanno rispettato le mie esigenze dietetiche (vegetarie e alcune allergie alimentari) e sono state molto attenti a questo. Il cibo era bellissimo, soprattutto i biscotti, e c'erano una buona gamma di opzioni per bere, tra cui varietà di tè. L'Orangery è una stanza stupenda con un bel ambiente, ma si può anche sedervi nel soggiorno prima del tempo del tè del pomeriggio, che ti dà la possibilità di vedere più dell'hotel stupendo. Molto consiglia!

Questo hotel è in una bella posizione, conveniente per Rugby e il M1/M6. I terreni e l'edificio sono bellissimi, anche se ci sono segni di negligenza. Siamo rimasti in una suite nelle stalle, era stanco, che sapevo dalle foto online, ma il nostro bagno aveva i capelli nel bagno e si chiudeva nel buco. Il pranzo era mediocre al meglio, molti cibi caldi erano usciti senza nessuno guardare, dovevamo chiedere che fossero portati via gli oggetti. Il personale era 50/50 - alcuni molto piacevole ma alcuni disinteressati, uno dei ricevitori non ci ha nemmeno dato le direzioni per la nostra camera correttamente suite. Se qualche denaro fosse stato speso per migliorare le camere e per costruire i miei edifici avrei avuto il piacere di pagare di più, è vergognoso, il potenziale è enorme!

I stayed her for one night on a business trip in August 22. It is a bland hotel on an industrial estate on the (very) outskirts of Rugby, close to the M1 and A5. Check in was OK and the room was clean and a decent size. The bed was comfortable but the air-conditioning was very noisy and in the end I decided to turn it off despite it being a hot evening. Shower was fairly good as well, so overall in this respect things were good. The sound on the TV was dreadful, very tinny and hard to understand, but at least it worked and did not keep dropping signal. I wanted to eat dinner but on check in was told that last orders that night would be 7:45 pm, which seemed very early, especially when told the bar would be open until midnight. The restaurant is next to the bar, and the only difference between the two areas is the type of seating, which reminded me of a school canteen. Anyway having decided to just accept the early times and eat there I went down and placed my order for one of their daily specials, Hunters chicken with saute potatoes and veg. Sounded great, but when it was delivered I was a bit shocked, as it was the smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen. Potatoes were nice, and there was lots of cheese and bacon, but the veg was tasteless and very wet, seemed to have been boiled to death for many days! Breakfast the following day, charged at £10 despite the website saying it was £8.95, was equally as bad. Firstly the main coffee machine was broken, then the toaster also would not work, and when they fixed it (after I had finished by breakfast), it only cooked the bread on one side. The sausages were rock solid, overcooked and then left to dry out, the bacon was OK, as were the beans, but generally very poor. Certainly not worth £8.95, let alone £10. Overall very disappointing for a big brand name hotel. I certainly won't be rushing back despite it being close to where i will be every few weeks. I will be looking for other alternatives as this was not worth the money being charged.

C'è una notte di raffreddamento nella piccola città di Rugby.L'hotel è molto premium locale, con piccoli padri e prati.Camminare dalla stazione ferroviaria di Rugby circa 18 chilometri prima, senza trasporto pubblico. La signorina Reception non è entusiasta, ma è anche molto appropriata. La richiesta di rinvio della stanza è stata accettata per due ore. L'hotel è molto grande e il corridoio è lungo.La stanza è molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, e la casa di bagno è pulita e moderna (perché molti hotel in Gran Bretagna sono strutture più vecchie, quindi questa casa sembra buona) La colazione è un'offerta tradizionale inglese 6-10, ma non abbiamo molto da mangiare alle nove e mezzo, quindi cerca di andare a colazione il prima possibile. Molti genitori sono in soggiorno, caldi, ma il suono è buono, quindi non saranno disturbati.In generale, è buono non avere tempo per sperimentare la sala fitness e la piscina, vale la pena vivere la pace del paese.
