I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my recent booking issue. I mistakenly reserved a room for tomorrow instead of tonight and promptly reached out for assistance. Despite explaining the honest mistake and my inability to stay tomorrow, my request for a cancellation and refund was declined.
While I understand policies exist, I had hoped for a more flexible and understanding approach, particularly given the genuine nature of my request. This experience has left me dissatisfied and unlikely to recommend your services to others.
I will be sharing this experience in my review, as transparency is essential for future guests to make informed decisions.
