Hotel in zona Qetaifan Island North, Lusail

Grande!La famiglia con il bambino deve scegliere qui, ci sono due piscine fuori casa e un piccolo mondo di acqua infantile. E' davvero un'esperienza di vacanza per liberare le mani!L'hotel è nuovo, quindi penso che sia fantastico ovunque. C'è un hotel a cinque stelle sull'isola che ha un sapore feroce! Fate più scelte di lavoro! Infrastrutture: molto nuove Salute: molto pulita Servizio: prima classe L'unica carenza è che non mi sento abituato a mangiare colazione, l'ultimo giorno ho portato la mia faccia.

La ricetta fa tutto molto lentamente, la stanza non è grande, le strutture sono nuove, ma l'acqua calda è fredda e fredda. A volte il bagno si sente come se fosse ** la temperatura dell'acqua si alza improvvisamente e si instabile!L'unico vantaggio è vicino al centro commerciale, e la strada è conveniente nel centro commerciale, il formaggio è particolarmente buono!

I have been living in Qatar for 8 years, and only Agora made me extremely happy ❤️ starting with Valet team, reception team, Raeesah and Tahir you have been my problem solvers, they way how extremely professional they are🙏🏻 Maggie from house keeping is like part of my family in the house, I trust her professionalism, she would notice every detail, keeping my place so clean and neat🙏🏻 Pool and gym team, you guys have been making my each day at the pool and gym so positive 😍 and of course Cristian, who is the most visionary leader and GM of the Agora hotel, managing a great team, leadership and teamwork, you can see how his team even so happy and love their job, that can happen only when you have a great leader! 👏🏻customer care is his greatest quality, not every hotel has such a great, professional GM in hospitality in Doha. L'hotel non è buono, la colazione è anche grande, il servizio è buono, c'è un bar vicino alla sera, molto caldo

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for family to attend the AFC finals. The main reason behind this choice was the cowvineniat location 10 min from the final stadium and the claimed 24 hr mall(which turned to be a hypermarket, no even pharmacy or atm machine). We arrived around 17.30 which should be convenient time for check in. But the reception had only 1 receptionist who was thriving to assist everyone, which was too hard. Later on she had Nisreen who attended us and was trying to allocate our twin preferred rooms. She was so nice altough too much pressurized by the demand of guests unlike Hamza who was so rigid in dealing with us. At last we got 2 rooms one with king and 1 ready twin and other was collected after 1 hour. Strangely, due to the structure of the hotel, the higher you go the smaller your room became 🙈i totally understand that if the view shall compensate but unfortunately due the steel design it does not at all. So i ended up with small king room and obstructed view. I was fine due to the quick stay and high demand. Morning i found out there was no hot water in the shower !!! Here it really comes on my nervous. I called requesting room change and was promised this shall take place at noon. Breakfast in the hotel is too normal. Nothing to highlight. I packed up so they can transfer my luggage to the new room and came back around 15.15!! And apparently no one had any action toward my demand. Nisreen again was so nice to assist me and get me another nicer room with a working shower! And she accompanied me to the room ensuring everything is fine and had complimentary cake and fruit to us too. She is the only person who seems to care about the guest impression about the hotel. Finally we settled in, rooms are generally specious don’t get higher floors. Acceptable cleaning level. Soundproofing is too bad! I could hear the noise in the street and corridor. We can hear other rooms through the joining door too! Bathroom is specious with generous amenities. In room dining is affordable but low quality. We tried kids sliders, pasta and mozerlla sticks were not that good. Pizza was fine. Checking out was easy.

Superb hotel, this was our first trip to Doha, hotel is in an excellent location, with The Mall Vendome a 5 minute walk away and well worth a visit or two. Joannd was very helpful and called us as soon as there was a room available, so after a long flight and not much sleep surprising us with an earlier than expected checkin and a fabulous upgrade was very much appreciated. Room and view were amazing, bathroom was fabulous, you could lie in the bath and look at the superb view. Bed was very comfortable and room had everything you needed. Breakfast was between 630-1030 and was excellent, lots of different options, the pastries and the coffee were exceptional . Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing at all was ever a problem. Thank you again for making our stay so lovely and thank you again to Joannd.

Le strutture e l'igiene sono perfette, tutto è nuovo e intelligente.Il più preferito è la macchina da champagne della stanza, che può scegliere il suo odore ogni giorno. Forse la stagione autunnale, non ci sono molti ospiti dell'hotel. Non ci sono altri che mangiano colazione in questi giorni. Il servizio del ristorante è buono. La torta di banana per la colazione è molto impressionante. Il servizio di camera insufficiente negli Stati Uniti e Cina è insufficiente e la capacità di affrontare problemi improvvisi è scarsa, forse la ragione per cui il nuovo hotel è stato?

Wow il posto era solo fantastico da ricezione personale molto amichevole alla casa che ha fornito servizi in un breve periodo di tempo anche voglio ringraziare Vikash era molto accogliente e amichevole quando siamo andati a colazione ci torneremo presto ❤️❤️❤️❤️
