The perfect stay for my two day trip in Luoyang. I felt like I was going back home every time I returned to the hotel after visiting somewhere.
The hotel is really beautiful and exquisitely designed by the owner himself. There are thoughtful details everywhere and all the equipments are high quality. My room had a private balcony which had plenty of sunlight during the day. In the courtyard there are ponds with fishes and at night the building lights up nicely. The bulding is close to a metro stop and many bus lines that will take you to all the sights.
The owner is very nice and welcoming, we had many long conversations and he also provided great recommendations. On my second morning I received a ticket for the famous beef soup at a restaurant nearby.
I’m looking forward to coming back!

L'hotel è in una posizione comoda, ma un po' trascurato. Il pavimento della stanza non era molto pulito e c'era del chewing gum nelle ciabatte usa e getta, che avrebbero dovuto essere riutilizzate. L'asciugacapelli è pericoloso; ho preso una scossa elettrica e ho visto una luce blu. C'era anche un odore di bruciato. Ho chiesto all'hotel di sostituirlo con un altro, ma dopo un po' l'odore è tornato e non ho osato usarlo di nuovo. Credo fosse la marca dell'asciugacapelli. Eravamo in tre e l'hotel ci ha dato solo due bottiglie d'acqua al giorno per due notti. Abbiamo anche dovuto pagare le bevande nell'armadietto della hall dell'hotel. Sono stato in tantissimi posti in Cina e ogni hotel offre bevande o acqua illimitate, gratuite. Non avevo mai visto una cosa del genere prima.

BBabyKat CIOThis hotel is very clean and conveniently located just a 3-4 minute walk from Zhouwangcheng Metro Station (Exit A2). It is also next to Wanda Plaza, which offers excellent shopping and dining options. The hotel provides all the necessary facilities, making it worth the price. The staff are polite and helpful, and I truly appreciate their assistance. The bed capsules in the rooms are larger than those in other hostels, and I enjoy sleeping here because the bed is very soft and the blankets are clean. The shower room and toilet are also very clean. Additionally, the hotel has a spacious workspace and a library room, which are great for working and reading in a quiet environment. I had a wonderful experience during my 5-day stay, and I will definitely return to this hotel next time.

Tuttavia, il nostro arrivo è stato molto più tardi del previsto, il proprietario ci ha aspettato con un sorriso. Anche se è anziana, si è comunque offerta di aiutarci con i bagagli. Grazie a Dio che ci hanno dato il primo piano e siamo riusciti a cavarcela.

房間裏的智能設施用着順手，老闆更是熱情得像老朋友，有問必答還會主動分享本地玩法。最貼心的是洗衣晾衣特別方便，不用拖着濕衣服趕路。而頂樓的天台，堪稱意外之喜，傍晚吹着風看看城景，一天的疲憊都煙消雲散了。

Ho sentito che alle persone che hanno scritto recensioni positive è piaciuto molto questo hotel dal profondo del cuore. Le recensioni erano tutte sincere. Dopo aver soggiornato lì per quattro giorni, ho scoperto che lo erano tutti davvero sincero. Ci sono molte recensioni positive online sulle caratteristiche e sui servizi dell'arredamento dell'hotel. È davvero difficile dirlo. Mi piace davvero solo guardando le foto. Mi piace soprattutto il design delle lampade da terra su entrambi i lati delle scale e corridoi. Il servizio è attento, entusiasta ed educato, il che fa sentire le persone a proprio agio, in particolare una ragazza di nome Lele che è stata molto premurosa e disponibile dal momento del check-in al momento del check-out. Grazie mille. Di fronte all'hotel c'è un viale alberato, perfetto per alzarsi presto e fare una passeggiata per sentire la tranquillità di Luoyang. Non lontano c'è anche un centro sportivo dove è possibile passeggiare intorno al lago. Anche la vista dalla camera è molto bella, si può vedere il tramonto che tramonta lentamente all'ombra degli alberi. I fiori e le piante all'interno e all'esterno dell'hotel sono stati curati e mantenuti con cura. Anche le rose fuori dalla finestra sono sbocciate il giorno della nostra partenza, il che è stata la conclusione perfetta di questo meraviglioso viaggio.

LLY _ yi`Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole. Dopo il check-in il primo giorno, ho cancellato con decisione l'hotel a Yingtianmen per i due giorni successivi e sono rimasto qui per altre due notti. Era molto tranquillo e le sorgenti termali erano davvero fantastiche.
Nana, la governante, è stata molto gentile e ha risposto prontamente, facendomi sentire come a casa. In pratica, rispondeva rapidamente alle mie domande e mi consigliava anche attrazioni interessanti e deliziosi ristoranti a Luoyang.
La colazione ogni giorno era deliziosa e anche la cena era ottima. Consiglio a cinque stelle!

LLian SerWe booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang.
Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet.
Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options.
Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel.
Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

Be Aware the hotel is within the Grottoes complex so you must either walk 15-20 minutes from the taxi locations or contact the hotel and get picked up by there small open car. Great service. There is a nice size living room area, it's bright and windows are very large, there is a couch and projector TV with large screen but it is on the 2nd floor. The bathroom doesn't have enclosed shower so water flows onto the ground. There is a large full size refrigerator that works well, a kitchen sink, and counter area, a table that doubles as an electric mahjong table, no microwave, there is a washer but no dryer and it is located on a different floor so not very convenient and you need to ask for how to get into that apartment and there is only one to share. The sound insulation is poor, you could hear people talking and very early in the morning you can always hear when the garbage is being dumped daily. When the doors and windows are closed, we could hear someone playing the guitar and singing at 1am. There are mosquitos that come in from the hallway and windows, if you don't close them. The location was good as far as being located near restaurants and a mall and a park nearby. Most importantly Service was especially slow and there is no front desk so the only way to communicate is via WeChat and it took quite a while for the owner to get back and often not all the questions or concerns were addressed. When we arrived there were not enough bath towels, just one bath towel for 4 people. The boss was nice to get us more slippers as we asked including a paid of children's slippers. The floor is very slippery, so it's good to have slippers to wear. We were directed to get whatever we needed from bags in the hallway and inside locked cabinets such as water, toilet paper etc... But there was one day someone knocked our door to tell us that the bags needed to be moved and that they were in the way of getting to the electrical cabinet. We let the person know that they were the hotel's and not ours. On the one day the boss had the apartment cleaned she complained that we drank too much water and were wasting it and our partially used water bottles were thrown out. The boss additionally complained that we might need to pay for a cleaning fee for small drops of light blood that came from a 3 year old being scratched by mosquitos, leaving stains on the sheet. This was the first time I encountered such a rule. We were told to put garbage bags in the hallway for pick up and it took about 3 days for it to be picked up, but only after complaining that it hadn't been picked up. For 9 days the place only got cleaned once with sheets changed and towels weren't washed, but we were given disposable towels. And it only got cleaned because we asked someone to come to clean the room. Then there were internet connection issues from the start, our phones couldn't connect to wifi but the TV could, until midway through our stay we no longer had TV shows. The owner didn't believe we couldn't connect to the wifi and insisted there was no issue, so it didn't get resolved for days until we complained more about it. When we finally heard back the internet company checked to find that the bill was not paid for. It took 3 days to resolve. The day before checking out, I told the boss that I would leave early the next morning and take the train. I asked her to check the room and return the deposit. (Because we worried that the boss would deduct the deposit under some other pretext, we wanted to check out with her in person). We agreed to check out at around 7:30 am the next day. When we called the boss was still sleeping. She said that we could leave, but the deposit could not be returned until 2pm. This was the rule. I was dizzy as a result and didn't understand why she didn't tell us clearly about this the day before? In short, we restored the room to it's original state, tidied up the bed and garbage, but after 2pm, we had to ask for the deposit to be returned.

JJosh_mnAbbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica soggiornando nella tipologia di camera con due letti grandi e un letto a castello. Abbiamo prenotato questa camera aspettandoci che il letto a castello entusiasmasse i nostri bambini di 4 e 7 anni e così è stato. La camera è pulita, l'aria condizionata è ottima. La colazione (gratuita grazie a una promozione di trip.com) è davvero deliziosa. Persino alcuni potrebbero preferire il caffè caldo, ma onestamente non posso lamentarmi molto dell'offerta di un uovo sodo, due ravioli cinesi, un pezzo di mais, congee di miglio, ecc. Il personale è sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare con richieste come asciugamani aggiuntivi/acqua in bottiglia/cibo per la colazione. I proprietari avevano anche un simpatico cagnolino di nome ”fanfan” in loco. Alla fine del nostro viaggio, uno dei comproprietari ha usato le sue moto per trasportare una valigia pesante fino al luogo in cui avevamo prenotato il taxi e, come possiamo vedere, accompagnano anche le persone alla stazione della metropolitana. La posizione è a pochi passi (forse 100 metri) dalla Porta Sud dell'antica città di Luoyi. Abbiamo trascorso una notte passeggiando nell'antica città di Luoyi dalla porta nord, dopo aver cenato in uno dei locali più frequentati, noto per il suo street food, e uscendo dalla porta sud, sapendo che l'hotel era a pochi minuti di distanza. Lo consiglierei sicuramente a chiunque voglia soggiornare nella zona dell'antica città di Luoyi.
