Service staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. As a foreigner, I don’t understand why the bathroom door is kind of translucent/frosted/ opaque even for a twin room. I felt there wasn’t sufficient privacy. The hotel should consider installing a rack so that we can put clothes, as there isn’t anywhere to hang them.
Decent breakfast. There are self-service washing machines and dryers available on site.
The location of the hotel is near the high speed train station and slightly further from the old town.
Surrounding the hotel has lots of hardware/ kitchenware/ wholesale shops.
The hotel is in a building shared by other tenants. They do have their own lift, delivery guys are able to use them. Smoking is allowed in the lobby…

Excellent hotel. Great location very close to high speed railway station.
The hotel extremely clean, the room was tidy and clean.
The bed was very comfortable.
All the staffs super sweet and helpful.
Overall we had the perfect

第一次來到洛陽旅遊，整體住宿體驗符合預期符合連鎖酒店的中端定位，酒店位置還行。房間設施齊全，隔音效果略顯不足。房間沒有專門洗澡用的涼拖鞋，建議增加上。窗簾遮光性中等，清晨陽光透過縫隙透入，雖不至於刺眼，但若想睡個懶覺，仍需自行調整。服務態度尚可，前台人員雖禮貌，但對本地景點推薦或交通建議的解答較為籠統，未能提供更有價值的個性化訊息。早餐品類尚可，但是竟然沒有河南的胡辣湯，建議增加上。性價比方面，價格處於同區域酒店的中游水平，適合預算有限、追求基礎便利的旅客。周邊商業配套成熟，適合差旅人士，但缺乏特色亮點，記憶點較弱。整體感受下來這是一次“達標但不出彩”的住宿體驗，適合對住宿要求不苛刻、以功能性為主的客人入住。希望繼續打磨各個細節。

酒店壞境很不錯 之前在武漢一直都是住白玉蘭 和男朋友來洛陽旅遊毫不猶豫也選擇了白玉蘭 住着很舒服 體驗感極好 非常推薦情侶一起出去旅遊來住

這家酒店最大亮點是樓下附近有直達洛陽龍門高鐵站，龍門石窟和白馬寺公交班車。房間乾淨，設施齊全，服務也不錯。性價比很高，不愧錦江集團的品牌。

出差洛陽，這個酒店在龍門和關林附近，離我辦事地方比較近，服務沒啥大問題，工作人員都挺好挺客氣，地下停車場也充足。房間挺大，各種智能設施也可以，這裏要吐槽的就是隔音，實在太差了。晚上隔壁住的人説啥都聽的請清楚楚，隔壁衞生間洗澡聲就好像在自己房間一樣。還有就是房間裏的裝修氣味太大了，看是一年多前新裝修，味道還是很濃烈！住了二晚直接咳嗽頭疼，原本定了三天，無奈提前退房換酒店。以上都是本人真實入住體驗，供參考

給父母訂的酒店離景區還是蠻近的，環境衞生都很乾凈，父母很滿意，這裏離龍門石窟還是不算遠的，衹是當天有點下雨，也有停車場，很方便
