Special thanks to Ms. Rachel and Mr. Zhangwenyi for everything you have done for us from the first day we arrive until the last day we left. Ms. Rachel is so helpful and well managed. My friend left her mobile on the hotel's shuttle to Luoyang high speed train. Ms. Rachel quickly responded to WeChat immediately when I told her. She came by herself and RAN to give me a mobile that I was waiting for in front of the entrqnce. We got the mobile before the train left, on time. Totally 15 mins!! She saved us. I don't know how to say thank you to her. I really appreciate that. We stayed at Mercure Luoyang Downtown for 3 nights. The room is super clean, the bed and pillows are so comfortable. The staff is friendly and speaks English well. Laundry is tidy, clean, and trendy. Breakfast is a variety, western and Chinese menu changes everyday. The location is walkable to shopping malls and park nearby. I'd like to give more than 5 stars if I can. We have a pleasure time .Highly recommend.

Very Clean, new hotel and efficient reception. Comfortable bed and clean room. Good variety for breakfast . Metro is some distant away, next door big shopping mall, on 7th floor are restaurant and good bakery. get yourself an EV car as souvenir from ground floor as souvenir from China. We managed to pack in Grottoes, White Horse Temple ( Bai ma Si) Luoyi Ancient town and Yintianmen gate (go in evening for fabulous light effect) in 2 days. (Lijingmen gate is close for renovation) Very enjoyable Stay at Mercure and Memorable Luoyang. my wife stated this was best hotel so far for our trip in China. finally thank you indeed for offering the car to Longmen Station

Hotel is convenient located, very near to high speed rail station. 2 big shopping centres just opposite the hotel. Food can easy get around the hotel

I was visiting Louyang with my dad from New Zealand. We had a pleasant stay at the Mercure in Luoyang. The hotel was good value and had clean and spacious rooms. The building felt quite new and the breakfast was great with lots of variety, similar to other buffet breakfasts we had in China. The staff were super helpful, and held our bags as we had a late train after check out. One of the staff, Shirley, spotted us at the train station in the evening and went above and beyond to help us get on the train early and made the whole experience so much smoother. Her kindness and attentiveness really made a difference.
