房間乾淨整潔，床墊舒服，兩個枕頭軟硬都有，所以睡的非常好！酒店整體新中式裝修剛裝好一年特別新，過道放着輕音樂很舒服治癒，空調也很給力！老闆愛喝茶喜歡詩詞，房間還準備有書和茶，這點特別喜歡，有準備浴袍一次性刮鬍刀，燒水壺也有提示可放心使用、一客一消毒，還提供全自動洗衣機和洗衣液很方便，最後就是酒店位置特別棒，就在萬達旁邊，距離洛陽主要景點，白馬寺，龍門石窟，應天門都非常方便，感謝酒店所有服務人員讓我過了一次難忘的新年，祝生意興隆財源廣進！

環境很好，床墊很舒服，房間也沒有異味，前台早上還有牛奶和豆漿，服務也很熱心，這次入住體驗滿分100分。

衞生條件可以看出來收拾的很細緻，不能説面面俱到，沒什麼大問題，服務也很貼心，非常努力的讓顧客滿意，這點值得表揚，美中不足是硬件的問題，房間隔音不是很好，衞生間坐便的燈和鏡子上的按鍵燈無法關閉，有可能影響比較敏感的住客，沒有電梯，但是行李店員會主動要求幫顧客拿上樓，酒店一共兩層，停車衹有門前幾個車位，沒有自己的停車場，馬路對面車位可以停車，三塊錢一次，洗澡水温控不穩定這個就比較影響體驗了，不過店裡從店員到店長都積極協調，雖然解決不了硬件問題，但是給顧客的感覺很好，希望領導層解決一下洗澡水的問題，其他酒店有給顧客發一次性的小蒸汽眼罩和耳塞來為一些比較敏感的顧客規避燈光和噪音問題，我相信這個店會越來越好的

房間很舒服，枕頭很軟，房間空間還是很大的，整體很舒適，服務很不錯，入住過程中的問題也及時解決，還贈送了一些小餅乾。

選擇這家酒店就是因為提供早餐，沒想到就是共小包子與豆漿，包子蒸起來非常香，只是味道一般般，希望改進這一條。
酒店房間裡面住起來很舒服，設備齊全，毛巾乾淨。服員都很熱情親切，幫忙提行李上樓梯，前台有供茶，很好喝。酒店周圍有幾家餐廳價格很友誼，依靠一個廣場。
要搭捷運出行也不遠，但是如果提大行李會走得有點困難。

不得不説，本次住宿是我體驗感最好、最稱心的一次。原因有一下幾點：1、入住很快，房間非常舒適，價格不貴，環境非常不錯，房間乾淨整潔，入住首選！2、酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，附近商户很多，既有大型商場，又有特色小吃，出入很方便，整體十分舒適。3、房間乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，住的很滿意！衞生間乾濕分離，酒店帶有全自動洗衣烘乾設備，店前台很熱情，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。
注意！最重要的一點！酒店融入地域文化，住店提供免費漢服、漆扇體驗。喜歡的小夥伴不要錯過！

和幾個朋友一起到洛陽遊玩，入住此酒店，房間很乾凈，前台服務員禮貌有禮，還有漢服體驗。早餐因特殊原因沒有雞蛋，店長專門打電話致歉，並將洛陽特產寄給我們，很是感謝。點贊。有機會還會光臨。

酒店的位置還好，走路去地鐵站10分鐘，到萬達廣場也就5分鐘。前台小姊姊的態度也不錯，還幫忙抬行李。我訂的是25米的大床房，房間很寬敞，衞生也很到位。
早點每人衹有2個小包子，一個蛋和一杯牛奶或豆漿。對一個大男人來説是不夠的。建議在廣告上註明是輕餐。
另外酒店衹有一層，所以沒有電梯，如果帶的是小行李箱還好，像我們拿着兩個又重又大的行李箱就不大合適了。建議在廣告上註明沒有電梯。
除此之外，大體上都挺好的。適合行李少的遊客住。
