STAY AWAY - MANY BETTER OPTIONS in LÜNEBERG. Owner rude, disagreeable and confrontational - not appropriate for a hospitality provider. Advertises fair room rate, but adds hidden charges for usually included items like pillows, blanket, bed linens, towels and parking - not acceptable for a hotel/gasthaus. Owner then gets verbally abusive if you have questions about his deceptive advertising. I forfeited 62 Euros to cancel room just so I did not have to deal with this impolite, discourteous property owner and ruin a vacation - and peace of mind was worth the non-refundable cancellation fee. Many other customers on various websites have complained about the same issue. Other previous guests also complain about mold, insects noise and dirt in rooms so probably best that I cancelled and stayed elsewhere. This property is just NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE - stay elsewhere. BLEIBEN SIE WEG - VIELE BESSERE MÖGLICHKEITEN in LÜNEBERG. Besitzer unhöflich, unangenehm und konfrontativ - nicht angemessen für einen Gastgewerbeanbieter. Bewirbt einen fairen Zimmerpreis, fügt jedoch versteckte Gebühren für normalerweise enthaltene Gegenstände wie Kissen, Decken, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Parkplätze hinzu - nicht akzeptabel für ein Hotel/Gasthaus. Der Besitzer wird dann verbal beleidigend, wenn Sie Fragen zu seiner irreführenden Werbung haben. Ich habe 62 Euro verwirkt, um das Zimmer zu stornieren, nur damit ich mich nicht mit diesem unhöflichen, unhöflichen Eigentümer auseinandersetzen und einen Urlaub ruinieren musste - und die Seelenruhe war die nicht erstattungsfähige Stornierungsgebühr wert. Viele andere Kunden auf verschiedenen Websites haben sich über das gleiche Problem beschwert. Andere frühere Gäste beschweren sich auch über Schimmel, Insektenlärm und Schmutz in den Zimmern, so wahrscheinlich am besten, dass ich abgesagt und woanders übernachtet habe. Diese Eigenschaft ist einfach nicht den Ärger wert - bleiben Sie woanders.

Wählen Sie einen anderen Standort. Hohe Kosten für Zimmer ohne Komfort. Muss für Handtücher, Kissen, Bettwäsche, Decke und Parkplatz extra bezahlen. Lage OK, aber viele bessere Hotels zum gleichen Preis.
