The check-in process was relatively quick. Context: This is a school trip. We arrived with 12 kids and five adults. When we were called to eat lunch at the resort’s restaurant (included in the tour), we were served ridiculous food portions. I called the resort manager, Fernando Blanco, to see what happened, but he gave me an attitude, indicating that we were supposed to get kid-size meals, and that is precisely what we got, he said. I will attach pictures of the servings to judge for yourselves. If you receive a kid's meal, the portion should be smaller, not having the chicken fillet cut in half even more; when I inquired with the tour supervisor, he said that we paid for a whole serving, not a kid's meal. Therefore the resort manager, Fernando Blanco, blatantly lied to me. The person in charge of the tour company fixed it after my complaint, but the resort manager did not even say sorry or that everything was a big misunderstanding. Not a place I would recommend if you talk about quality and excellent service, which is expected at resorts. A resort manager should be presented showing charisma and customer service, not giving an attitude, even if his day is going bad.
