La piscina è chiusa, e circa 1/3 piena di acqua sporca marrone. Era elencata come un'ambizione sul loro sito, che è una delle ragioni per cui abbiamo scelto di rimanere lì. Abbiamo scoperto da un dipendente il giorno dopo che la piscina è stata chiusa dal 2019. Non c'era sapone nel bagno, e il doccia era bruno lungo il tubo. Il dipinto era chipping e aveva mollato nel bagno stesso. Ho chiesto un matto per il tubo, e non ne avevano uno. Vola in tutto il bagno. Filtri di unità A/C pieno di sporcizia. Nessuna risposta ai testi per aiuto dopo il check-in benvenuto. Un secondo testo benvenuto, ma mai una risposta, quindi doveva andare al desk 3 o 4 volte. La stanza non aveva un bucket di ghiaccio. Doveva aspettare ore per ottenere un bucket di ghiaccio da un'altra stanza non utilizzata. Doveva chiedere un sapone a mano che non era nella stanza. Una coppia di mini bar di sapone facciale è stata consegnata. Il sedile è stato rotto. Nessuna carta da bagno era presente e nessuna carta da bagno era fornita. Le uniche cose positive sono state le due donne che lavoravano li' erano belle e il colazione era buona. Non è stata colpa loro per le cose orribili sopra elencate. Spero che abbiano trovato lavoro altrove a causa delle cattive condizioni della Ramada. Non andare qui!

Il prezzo è super economico e durante l'epidemia la colazione è una torta alla frutta. Ma altri hotel della stessa marca hanno colazioni più ricche. Gli amici che guidano da soli devono essere consapevoli che siamo quasi diventati la linea retrograda dell'autostrada. ?

Who could ask for more? We were greeted by LaTonya as soon as we entered; she completed the check-in quickly and efficiently. We asked for restaurants, and we were given many to choose from. Additionally, we asked for a couple extra things for the room and Rosa took care of us efficiently and cheerfully. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. This is our favorite place to stay as we travel back-and-forth to Florida each time.

La mia visita a questo hotel era tranquilla. I ristoranti erano vicino all'hotel. L'unica cosa che suggerisco è che i custodi devono usare un frigorifero d'aria. La mia stanza ha profumato come un spray di roccia.

Stranded in Lumberton during Hurricane Florence in September 2018, we were forced to find accommodations during a torrential downpour at the end of dusk. This is the place that we found that was open. In pouring rain, I stood in a line behind two other travelers to endure their check-in process (at least there was a cover of the area of the walk-up window to check in. The lobby door was locked). A sign at the check-in window stated ”NO REFUNDS.” (Travelers: be wary when you see that sign. Also, travelers be wary when you see that the swimming pool has not been maintained). Because of the hurricane, we were charged $77 for the room per night. (probably some price-gouging because of the storm). The carpet was the oldest, nastiest, matted material that I have ever seen. Yes, my shoes did stick to it. The next day, I wanted to find a vending machine for a Pepsi, and a bucket of ice. The breezeways were empty with the concrete ceiling crumbling and moldy. Yes, there were signs indicating ”Ice-Vending” still hanging from overhead (even though one sign's hook had rusted away and was hanging at a 45 degree angle, pointing to an empty breezeway. Ice could to be obtained by walking to the office walk-up window. They would then tell you to meet them at the lobby door which they would then unlock for a moment to hand you a small bag of ice that had been stored in a freezer for some time. With portions of I-95 flooded, it was not possible to get back home the next day, we had to stay one more night I did use this day to explore Lumberton to see what else was available in accommodations. I found a much nicer Motel 6 to move to for our third night for $60 a night. Travelers, again, I stress, look at how they maintain their pool. The Motel 6 had crystal clear water in their pool. Of course, we checked out of the Deluxe Inn and moved to the much nicer Motel 6 for our final night in Lumberton. It is very perplexing to me that Wyndham continues to gobble old brand names, such as Travelodge, Howard Johnson's. Ramada, Day's Inn from yesteryear. Then, under their direction these old brand names will appear on such substandard properties like the Deluxe Inn in Lumberton. Wyndham, please let these old brand names die in dignity, and quit trying to destroy the positive memories of our youth. Yes, I could provide you with photographs of this experience, but I hate this place and would never consider staying here again. Wyndham, figure it out! Quit being stupid!
