Spesso a Mannheim e più volte scelto questo hotel. L'hotel è eccellente , la posizione comoda , ma il lavoro del personale , per usare un eufemismo ,ogni volta che lascia molto a desiderare... Gli asciugamani sono sporchi o sono pochi, il caffè o l'acqua si dimentica di mettere, la camera si dimentica di pulire ... La prima volta che ho soggiornato qui nel 2017, questo hotel aveva un nome diverso, ma nel corso degli anni , purtroppo, nulla cambia. E ' stata l'ultima volta 18 novembre 2021 alle ore 17 di sera dopo un lungo viaggio dall'Italia , carina dipendente al momento dell'rifiutato di abitare in albergo , nonostante la presenza della mia fresca Europea Greenpas , che mi informava che avevano solo bisogno di un certificato di vaccinazione o PCR test. Anche per qualche motivo era fortemente interessato a quale vaccino mia moglie è stata vaccinata-Moderna o Pfiser, a quanto pare non era abbastanza certificato europeo e il codice QR ??? Più tardi nella pagina dell'hotel in Booking ho letto che per il check-in è sufficiente un test fresco o un certificato di vaccinazione e anche un membro del personale dell'Hotel risponde a un cliente dal Lussemburgo lo stesso. Il personale dell'hotel non sa nemmeno quello che hanno scritto sui siti... Mi dispiace per i proprietari dell'Hotel, hanno bisogno di più attenzione al personale, perché rovinano l'intera immagine dell'hotel. Ecco perché ho trovato il tempo di scrivere questa recensione...

Gli amici australiani hanno trascorso una notte in questo hotel e abbiamo deciso di incontrarci a cena con un totale di otto persone. L'ambiente del ristorante è moderno e simpatico. L'area esterna non era utile, perché è stata ricostruita. Il generoso parcheggio era piuttosto vuoto –, che può anche essere dovuto ai costi di parcheggio non molto bassi. L'hotel mostra quanto sia difficile aprire le porte – è buono e una molte porte di protezione antincendio pesanti. Anche se abbiamo trascorso una bella serata con i nostri amici in giro, il ristorante ha funzionato troppo poco. Il cibo per noi otto è venuto oltre due (!) ore distribuite – a un cibo comune non era quindi da pensare. Anche non tutti hanno ricevuto il cibo ordinato o previsto. Le ordinazioni di bevande erano anche difficili e duravano molto tempo. Evidentemente il personale amichevole era eccessivo – Erano probabilmente troppo pochi nel ristorante e cucina. Tuttavia, mi sembrava che la ricetta fosse buona e doppiamente occupata. Poiché il mio cibo non è stato in linea con le mie aspettative, non posso dire molto sulla qualità, ma gli ospiti che hanno avuto più fortuna di me lodavano i loro piatti. In generale, la serata era almeno –, per quanto riguarda il ristorante –, un'esperienza particolarmente deludente.

Il personale è tutti molto gentile. La stanza è spaziosa e non si sente intagliata. In generale, il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole. Possiamo anche prenotare spontaneamente la colazione non prenota per alcuni giorni. Tuttavia, nel nostro caso, la curabilità non è stata pienamente rispettata: abbiamo ordinato il servizio di pulizia quotidiano, che è un'offerta eccellente, perché non è necessario per un soggiorno così breve. La stanza era stata sempre rivolta il fine settimana, ma la stanza non era pulita al nostro arrivo. Il nodo del bagno era pieno di polvere, i vetri posti per la bottiglia d'acqua contenuta nel prezzo avevano ancora labbra di penna dal visitatore preliminare e nel lavabo c'era ancora un capello spruzzato con grassi visibili della pelle. L'hotel può brillare con qualità come nessun altro. In primo luogo, se si può prevedere che una lampada a stack funzioni, si può partire dal 50%. Inoltre, i guanti non solo avevano un profumo di culo, ma anche un ottimo profumo di culo. Oltre al mal disegno architettonico della casa, il mio bagno aveva una tela stilistica, intelligente e sbagliata. Anch'io ho incontrato, in questo 10.000 cm^2 bagno, due altre sorprese meravigliose. Da un lato ho potuto valutare un armatura inutile e sradicata, dall'altro ho incontrato nel doccia alcune colonie di funghi che mi hanno fatto sorridere. Quando sono entrato nella mia stanza, mi è stato più facile che non fossi l'unico con un danno, ma anche il muro della mia stanza mi ha messo in un'eccellente danno all'acqua. A beneficio dell'hotel, un balcone collegato al mio stub, che mi ha dato una vista di grigio, perché la corte d'interno che ho potuto guardare era dotata di una profonda stronzata. Ma non solo gli aspetti negativi sono stati abbattuti dall'hotel, ma anche un buon personale, che ha mostrato una gentilezza superiore alla media, probabilmente basata su un consumo regolare di droga. Con le parole carine di ”grazie fratelli” del personale e la probabile dipendenza da droghe, concludo un domicilio vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Francoforte. In questo modo posso solo consigliare questo hotel a chiunque, almeno a chi vuole essere deluso dalle sue basse aspettative. Grazie Best Western!

Großes Haus in guter Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer im dritten Stock war komfortabel, die Matratze schön fest. Die Kopfkissen sind nicht so toll aber davon gibt es genug, damit man es sich bequem machen kann. WLAN top. Das Badezimmer geräumig mit Wannendusche. Sauber war such alles. Das Frühstück war gut. Leider das Rührei aus dem Tetrapack - ist aber wohl mittlerweile Standard. Die gekochten Eier waren auf den Punkt perfekt. Aufschnitt beim Käse und der Wurst überschaubar. Besonders lecker und überraschend war der warme Milchreis mit Früchten.

Arriviamo all'hotel dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio in prima sera e il ricevitore era molto amichevole, ascoltato e ci ha dato due belle camere con vista sulla città (piuttosto la stazione e le tracce ferroviarie). Le camere erano pulite e avevano servizi come una calda. Quello che davvero ha roccato è il colazione. Una scelta eccellente di freddo e caldo, una bella salada a mano e un muschio di bircher. Come qualcuno che usa le scale piuttosto che l'ascensore per fare qualche passo, ho davvero goduto dei messaggi motivanti su ogni piano della scaletta. Buona idea! Grazie per il nostro denaro. Grazie per questo splendido soggiorno, ritorneremo quando sorgerà l'opportunità.

Camera stretta, moderna, buono e grande letto, bella e pulita bagno con dispensatore di sapone e asciugacapelli. A differenza di quanto si sospetta la foto, si trova in una strada piuttosto pressione. Bello parcheggio davanti e sotto l'edificio. A pochi passi, si può prendere il tram a Heidelberg. Colazione è costosa e abituali. Caffè deca è disponibile solo come caffè di soluzione. L'alloggio è ok, ma l'atmosfera è piuttosto inpersonale.
