Nette Idee das die Familienzimmer zweitägig sind. Trotz Autobahn Nähe war es ruhig auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück war gut, MC Donalds und E Lader direkt um die Ecke. Viele Osteuropäische Arbeiter im Hotel und Abends manchmal etwas lauter. Klimaanlage auch zum Heizen top.

Cosa dire? Le camere erano buone e confortevoli 🙋‍♀️. La ricezione è un po' abituata 🥴 La colazione è molto cattiva 🤮. È promossa con sostenibilità e si ottiene cose imballate. Il personale non è stato in grado di fare un buon lavoro. Nessun bicchiere, coltelli, uova.... È sempre stato necessario chiedere. L'uovo era liquido 🤮 142 iscrizione a 42 posti a sedere. 🧐🧐🧐 Ecco, ogni alloggio o pensione è meglio dotato. Come si può chiamare solo hotel con presunti ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Questo include più di 400 euro per 3 persone 🥲 Molto costoso per il cattivo servizio. 🥲

Pet- and tourist-unfriendly place. My latest experience very much resembled extortion. I was charged 100 euro for dog’s fur on the bedsheets and 150 euro for dog’s fur on the floor (the hotel representative had to put quite an effort into scraping some with her shoe) and an approx 0,5 mm brown-ish spot on the carpet which they claimed to be “blood” (considering that there was an approx 5 cm black stain on the carpet as of my checkin which hotel apparently didn’t see as something of an issue to me as a guest). I used to like this hotel (despite being placed on several occasions in rooms with obvious sewage issues), until I stayed there with my dog. I presented my dog at the reception at the checkin (that is the receptionist saw the dog). Paid 15 eur per day pet fee and proceeded to the room. No additional rules, policies or verbal requests were presented to me. My dog damaged a pouffe which I informed the hotel about at the checkout and happily paid whatever was asked of me (200 eur). In addition to that I was demanded to pay 100 eur for some fur on bedsheets and 150 eur for some fur on the floor as mentioned above. No oficial price list was presented. No explanation why 15 eur a day pet fee wasn’t covering washing blankets and vacuuming floor was provided, all my questions or logical arguments were ignored. The team of hotel representatives generously offered me a 50 eur discount on cleaning (which I didn’t ask for) only confirming that the amounts weren’t based on any actual price list, because if the hotel really suffered a loss of 250 eur why would they “gift” me 50 eur. I considered it to be an extortion and suggested to call the police. When I came back after 15 min the hotel still hadn’t called the police. As I had an urgent matter and had to leave, I paid the hotel whatever its staff demanded. I think what actually happened is the hotel staff had accidentally or recklessly placed us in a no-pet room (as there was a carpet, unlike in some other rooms. I was placed into that room after finding out the one I was initially given smelt of sewage - repeatedly happened before). And instead of charging their staff, they’ve charged me, so that they can do (if they actually do) for some deep cleaning after an animal to make it suitable again for people with allergies. Staff’s rudeness and ill attitude with me as a client weren’t in line with the hospitality filed’s even moderate standards. Most customers might find this hotel pleasant - which it is, until it is no longer.

Struttura imponente vicino ad un bellissimo lago. Dicevo un hotel con centinaia di camere e ancora non capisco il motivo, nemmeno fosse in centro città. Capirei fosse in riva al mare… È talmente grande e dispersivo che, io ad esempio, ci mettevo sei o sette minuti dalla reception alla camera, dopo aver attraversato diverse sale adibite non so a cosa, un po’ con tavoli apparecchiate, altre inutilmente vuote, insomma un hotel senza capo ne coda. Personale nella sufficienza come disponibilità e cordialità. La camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Prezzo OSCENO!!! Non ve lo scrivo neppure, ma era dovuto ad una fiera in città, a detta del gestore.

Der Aufenthalt für eine Nacht entsprach aus meiner Sicht einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war von noch angemessener Größe, lag Richtung Norden, Außengeräusche waren bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht zu vernehmen. Die Einrichtung war zeitgenössisch und zeigte zum Teil pfiffige Lösungen. Im Bad gab es zwar zu wenig Haken, aber wenigstens eine Ablage. Es gab einen ”richtigen” Fön! Der Übergang zwischen Schlauch und Duschkopf war offenbar löchrig, so dass es ein tropfendes Geräusch gab, das im Schlafzimmer zu hören war (selbst ”gelöst” durch Ablage von Schlauch samt Duschkopf auf den Wannenboden). Zu hören war auch ein maschinelles Geräusch, das nicht von der Klimaanlage im Zimmer kam. Freunde, die in anderen Zimmern übernachteten, konnten dergleichen nicht berichten. Das Hotelpersonal nahm in Aussicht, dass beide genannten Phänomene (Dusche, Geräusch) geprüft werden. Nachträglich ergänzt sei, dass das Bad für meine Nase geringfügig nach Abwasserrohr roch. Der einzige Aufzug ist faktisch für nur 4 Personen und war zur Frühstückszeit sehr beschäftigt - mit der Folge längerer Wartezeiten; die beiden Knöpfe für seinen Herbeiruf gaben Rätsel auf, sie sollten beschriftet werden. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Bandbreite z.B. inkl. Schwarzbrot, verschiedenen Brötchen, Kuchen und Müsli. ”Pink Grapefruit” war nicht mehr verfügbar. Die Präsentation der Frühstücksbestandteile sollte breiter angelegt werden, weil sich andernfalls längere Wartezeiten ergeben. Unübersichtlich empfand ich die unteren Regalfächer an der ”Frühstücksbar”, so dass ich zunächst keine geeignete Kaffeetasse fand. Die Rezeption muss gleichzeitig den Frühstückszugang kontrollieren und Gäste empfangen bzw. beraten; dies kann zu Stress beim Personal und dem Gefühl des ”Benachteiligtseins” bei den rezeptionsaufsuchenden Gäste führen. Insbesondere die Abendrezeption war sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Die Hotelanlage und die für Gäste zugänglichen Innenräume machten einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Die Rangierfläche des Parkplatzes (8 Euro am Tag) ist ausgesprochen großzügig und könnte im Sinne eines sparsamen Umgangs mit Grund und Boden verringert werden; in diesem Zusammenhang wäre der ein oder andere Baum auf ausreichend großen Baumscheiben wünschenswert. Ebenso wünschenswert wären Ladesäulen für Elektroautos; diese sollen laut Hotel voraussichtlich im Jahr 2024 installiert werden. Nur nebenbei: Die Buchung betreffend gab es ungewöhnlich viele E-Mails.

Quality Hotel - has all the usual facilities of such. Nice quiet location, close enough to Berlin City and BER airport and close to A10 Berliner Ring if travelling further afield. The only problems I have ever had is sometimes its fully booked and i have to go elsewhere. That always disappoints me. I cannot fault this hotel. I visit about 5 times a year. Desperate to try the off-road scooter things!

Sono rimasti a pochi hotel a Berlino - e questo è quello che continuo a tornare - posizione, e valore per soldi - design e comfort e tranquillità e armonizzazione di design - personale sempre molto professionale, il più utile e più accogliente e amichevole - il colazione è una meravigliosa indulgenza. Wir waren im Juli 2024 für eine Nacht im Hotel Villa Monte Vino in Potsdam. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Diese war sehr großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Wir hatten Glück und haben gerade noch den letzten Parkplatz an der E-Ladestation bekommen. Die Schwierigkeit war allerdings, dass wir vorwärts eingeparkt hatten und damit unser Kabel zu kurz war. Im Hof umzudrehen, war nicht möglich und so blieb nur herauszufahren und die Ladesäule rückwärts anzusteuern. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Potsdam konnten wir problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war ansprechend angerichtet und bot eine gute Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallnen.

Abbiamo avuto una grande camera con bagno grande, completamente adatta per i conducenti di sedie a rotelle.Non ci inginocchiamo, ma bene sapere. Parcheggio davanti alla porta e nel garage profondo è notevole positivamente, altri hotel prendono soldi aggiuntivi per un parcheggio. Non c'è nulla da fare dal prezzo, si ottiene un buon controvalore. Il ristorante è relativamente visibile, la scheda di pasto anche, ma questo è abbastanza interessante per la grande scelta di bevande, i cocktail e le bevande a lungo sono molto preziosi! Non ci sono voli culinari, ma non si aspetta che per il prezzo. Alla colazione a buffet era 9.00 il frutto era tutto, si sarebbe potuto riempire. Ma tranne noi c'era solo un ospite. Sicuramente sarà meglio se il turismo ritornerà a pieno cammino.
