This hotel is literally minutes away from the highway West of Nancy. Great service, limited menu but high quality restaurant, the famous good Ibis service with all needed facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. I got a welcome drink upon arrival as well. I usually get a little extra service in some way because I 'm a privilege member, if you use Accor hotels a lot, it really does pay to become a member.

Wij moesten door een een familie kwestie eerder dan gepland naar Nederland terug. Maar geprobeerd bij overboeking van datum werd meteen meegedeeld dat de prijs zou worden aangepast. we zouden een bevestiging krijgen. Daar stond dat er een aanpassing van € 46,00 zou worden gerekend. Wij hebben gebeld en gevraagd waarom dit was regel. Bij aankomst nogmaals aangeven dat we dit niet normaal vinden, wij vinden er mag best iets worden gerekend maar € 46,00 is niet normaal. Toen werd de prijs aangepast naar € 19,00 ook dat vind ik buitensporig. Maar we hebben maar betaald. We kwamen vanuit Narbonne en daar werd dit niet gedaan. Wij vinden dit niet echt klantvriendelijk. Juffrouw achter de balie was niet echt heel vriendelijk ook bij het bestellen van een drankje moest je zelf maar achteraan. We zijn anders gewend in Nancy we komen daar elke jaar minimaal 3 / 4 keer.

habitant de strasbourg venant a nancy tout les 3 mois pour les affaires j ai passé une agréable nuit chambre niquel mais au petit dejeuner je suis tombé sur une jeune femme ( camille je crois ) pas un bonjour désagréable ma renversé du café bref

Très bon hôtel. Bien situé, proche de l'autoroute. Chambre correct, propre, prix raisonnable, Restaurant parfait. Très bon petit dejeuner, copieux, pas mal de chose. Niveau rapport qualité prix on y est. Donc je donnerai 5 étoiles sans hesitation.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le calme de cet hôtel entouré d’arbres Aucun bruit la nuit parfait pour se reposer Accueil au top le personnel est vraiment sympathique Grand Parking bien éclairé la nuit Chambre très bien surtout la literie ultra confortable Tout est propre Le restaurant propose une carte avec des tarifs vraiment raisonnables Buffet petit dej copieux Je recommande !

Op vrijdag 21 juni overnacht in dit hotel. Hadden wel gereserveerd. Dit hotel is makkelijk te bereiken, ligt vlakbij de afslag. Ontvangst was vriendelijk en er wordt Engels gesproken Hadden een kamer aan de voorzijde. Kamer is basic, niet erg groot. Hebben wel s avonds gegeten, twee keer een burger, deze was wel erg rauw. Wel geserveerd met Patatjes. Reserveren is niet nodig. Hebben geen ontbijt genomen in het hotel. Op 15 minuten zit bij de Intermache en heerlijke boulangerie waar we croissantjes een brood hebben gekocht.

Habitué de cet hotel, pour son emplacement et l'amabilité de son personnel, j'ai été très déçu de mon dernier sejour. Nous avons réservé 2 nuitées et en rentrant (tard) le 2eme jour, nous avons eu la surprise de voir notre chambre porte bloquée ouverte avec un calle porte, nos effets personnels acessibles à tous. Par chance pas de vol.

Hôtel près de l hippodrome. Les chambres sont propres, néanmoins quelques axes d améliorations identifiés; le chauffage ou sauf erreur pas de robinet thermostatique Donc difficile à régler. Pas de balayette de toilette dans ma chambre. Et j ai eu un matin (sur les trois) avec de l eau tiede. Petit déjeuner; correct mais sans plus. Personnels; agréables et disponibles
