Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ludhiana

On my recent trip to Ludhiana , I stayed at Keys Select Hotel. The location of the hotel is a little outside of the city, which is good as there is so much of congestion and noise within the city, this hotel's location allowed to escape it and enjoy the quietude. The check-in was smooth. However, they asked to pay the room tariff at the time of check-in , which I felt was odd as this was the first time I had been asked to do so by any hotel. I did ask the front desk staff " Do you think I will leave the hotel without paying?? " . Anyways I did pay the tariff at the time of check-in. The hotel is under going renovation as they are changing the outside façade and was duly informed at the time of check-in. Also a note was kept in the room informing the same . I got room on the 9th floor . The rooms size are ok not so big not so small and are comfortable, have all basic amenities . The breakfast was good and the service was top notch. The breakfast spread is limited and can be looked into by the hotel management. All staff very polite and helpful to your needs. The housekeeping staff and the room service is top notch. But what really touched my heart was that I ordered food to my room and a specially abled staff delivered to my room. This shows the commitment of the hotel towards creating inclusive workplace. This is highly appreciable. Keep up the good work.

One of the wonderful place to stay at keys hotel ludhiana. Staff of this hotel is awesome and we had been taken care by cafe staff during breakfast and dinner. They all are amazing. Honey Ankuj Sukh are amazing guys of this hotel. We had been travelling to visit Amritsar and stopped for a night and it was so comfortable and relaxed hotel. We will visit again.
