Schloss Lüdersburg Golf & Spa

An excellent choice for both pros and beginners. The whole family came and everyone was delighted. The castle grounds are very clean and well-groomed, everything is green! The nature is simply incredible, I especially liked the Lakes Course

very nice stay in a spacious standard room. Breakfast is very good, Dinner is also quote good with style accomodated to Golf Club requirements. Overall very friendly personel . unfortunately the Golf course hat just oprnend a Werk ago, recovering from extremely wet period, thus fairways already in good shade however still to use Winter Greens. As the Individual Tracks are not so exciting, actually made up pretty comfortable ,missing Greens is a drawback. Of course in a few weeks time this will be different, as the Greens looked pretty nicely made.

Good golf courses and beautiful surroundings + buildings. Great that we could get our room already at 8:30 (normal check-in is 3 pm). Large and cozy room (W4) However, slow service everywhere. Too buzy people in the reception, bar and restaurant. Very difficult to get attention and service in the bar/restaurant - we waited way too much to place our orders and to get our drinks/food. In the reception (part of the golf pro shop) the young employees also too busy and giving us different answers to the same questions (our room rate and room availability). You should add more staff. The quality of the dinner with 1/2-pension (“Golf & Dine package”) is below average. Wifi very bad in room Not recommended

We ordered a golf package - fairly priced - which included; 2x nights w./ breakfast 2x three course dinner 2x golf round incl. buggy Great hotel room in the 'Staples' wing near the reception and just above the 'Land sauna'. At arrival the spacious room was very clean and welcoming. Not quite the same at departure though, but it was self inflicted. Breakfast was nice and plenty although complementary Champagne/Crémant would have taken the experience a bit further. Keeping the price for the stay in mind, the three course dinner was delightful. The golf experience itself... In all honesty there is a lot of work to be done on both courses. Fairways and greens leave much to be desired. It's early season yes, but the reason for the poor condition seems to go beyond unfortunate weather conditions. On the upside a little bird was singing about plans of redoing greens in the coming year. Hopefully the management will prioritize to get this done sooner rather than later. With that said the layout and diversity of the two courses are great. Finally I have to 'go back to Greece'; My self awareness is sometimes poor but I do know that I can be a 'high maintenance' (but fair) guest at times. A very special thanks goes to Elena in the hotel reception for being warmly welcoming, service minded in a natural way, well spoken, charming and very helpful. Congratulations to Schloß Lüdersburg for hiring such an asset. We will see you all again when the time is right.

If you have any hopes of actually sleeping in the bigger house they call a castle at the end of the gravel walkway- forget it. You sleep in what might have been the stables or workers accommodation. Nicely restored brickbuildings void of any prior guests. Considering that it is low season and a fact to consider one must, however, sound the Rip-Off alarm when there is on a very scaled down but okey menu, a buffet consisting mostly of beats, cabages, potatoes etc for 39 Euro!!!! Whoa!! Hold your horses folks! That is so NOT OKEY. Service was decent and rooms large and clean. Breakfast just a notch above standard.

Die Anlage ist wirklich schön, ebenso manche der großen Zimmer. Auch hat es eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nun, meine Kritik: das Zimmer war ordentlich…. Eine Wärmepumpe vor dem Fenster raubte mir den Schlaf.! Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig, jedoch das Essen ausgesprochen langweilig und trocken Wir haben den Lake Kurs zweimal gespielt und ich muss sagen, der Zustand dieses Platzes ist nicht mehr überzeugend! Wir waren mehrere Jahre als Gruppe in Lüdersburg und werden aus diesen verschiedenen Gründen nicht mehr kommen.
