This is fraud hotel as they re misleading name country in they are basically apartment hotel without services ..very poor ambiance ..services are pathetic ..they provide stuff पराठा with tomato sauce .....do not book this hotel if ur travelling for busines or family trip

I am a regular business visitor to Lucknow and staying in Ginger Lucknow since 2018. Lots of Good memories of the service and hospitality during my stay. Same service standard maintained by the team from Mr Digvijay to Abheshekh, Shyam at the front Desk, Mr Pawan to Prashant and his team Babloo, Kanihiya, Aasif, Babloo, at restaurant. Also very supportive house keeping team of Subhash, Jitender, Ram lal, Dataram. Also good wishes to trainee Ms Ishita for her dedication towards guest satisfaction. Good security services at premises by Anurag, Kalia Singh, Ramesh and Sagar. It has been a pleasure staying here after hectic schedules during day. Very neat and clean hotel at reasonable price for business travelers situated at the heart of city. Will keep coming here again and again. Good luck Uma shankar

Pathetic stay. They are mis-using the brand of Country inn. It’s a shady lodge. Super dirty, unhygienic and no service. When I entered there were torn dirty bed sheets. Washroom was dirty too. There were mosquitoes and spiders. Breakfast was pathetic too.

Very good and posh location with a newer setup of lounger refrigerator and has an easy access to the Lucknow airport and railway station and has a lavish club house and lounge and variety of food in nearby hotel and the rooms have king size beds with 10 inches mattress

Good , posh location,New setup with lounger refrigerator and microwave inside the rooms,Big and lavish club house on 6th floor.Variety of restaurants nearby hotel.Extra large king size bed with 10 inches mattress for comfort . Happy visit 😀

When i found this hotel i think that it was not good but when i visited at there it was totaly different from my expectation. It have a nice king size bed with 10 inches mattress for comfort also with best quality with a nice washroom. New setup with lounger refrigerator and microwave inside the room.

Pathetic place 😒. Its not a hotel as shown in pics . Its worst than a stable and AGODA is another fake website which has put this hotel on listing without verifying. Overall their coustomer care services are worst even than THE SERVICES OF THE HOTEL ( STABLE) . NEVER EVER BOOK THROUGH AGODA anything.

Garmiyon Me Garam Pani Se Nahlane Wala Hotel. . Services Ke Liye One Hour Me Inform Krte Hai Fir Lambi Waitlist. . Staff Behaviour Is so Rude. . After Calling Me Vikrant Awasthi is Saying I am Not Responsible for That. . Is He Only Responsible for Taking Bookings & Annoying Other Travellers Like This. . In Two Days Booking I Spent One Day for Their Services. . Worst Services Everyone by This Hotel. .
