The experience was terrible, very bad service, room was not cleaned after the last stay. Very terrible experience don’t recommend to others.

Stay was very comfortable. Rooms were neat and clean and were very spacious. Interior and the decor was also very beautiful. Staff was polite and helpful and was available on instant call. It was situated in a good locality and was safe. Room had all the important necessities such extra table chair, hot kettle, geyser, etc. Altogether it was a nice trip. Just didn't not ordered any food, so don't know about food service and quality rest was easily done.

Bathroom was in a bad condition, toilet seat was not cleaned, there was all around the seat and it was leaking too. Room was not cleaned and bedsheets were dirty, tv was not in working condition. mattress were of poor quality, body was all aching in the morning. There was too much noise in the night in the hotel due to which we were unable to sleep. There was no signage board of hotel name and it was too dark in the street lane and no one came to pick up the luggage even after informing them. When we complained to the owner about this, he said you can give 1 rating, i don't care. We ordered tea and bread toast in the morning, they served it after 1 hour and it was the worst tea one can ever had. This stay was all a waste of money for us.

The room was clean and tidy. There was issue with ac. Ac didn't work. Tv remote wasn't working either. Bathroom was not that clean. Staff was helpful. Hotel was hard to find as it in the alleyway and no name board of the hotel.

Not a good property, no lift. The washroom had no separate compartment for comode. I have never been to such a place. The property owner must check. *but bhaiya reception wale bhot ache they, mai bi-mar thi mere lye medicines laye. Mere lye ola ki correct locations put kar k di. Ekdum real bhai k jese they. Bhaiya bhat ache hai"

Hotel is at a good place. All the things were very beautiful there. The manager talked very politely.
