Best hotel to stay with reasonable price, also food is good, good service, good cleanliness ,very soft mattress , peacefull sleep, what else you want?

Quite good connectivity and this property was well maintained. Rooms were spacious and proper cleaning was also done. Good staff.

Room was good but bathroom fittings were in damage condition shower was not functioning properly and breakfast was also very limited and service at restaurant was just very poor guys serving were totally unprofessional it seemed we went to eat in bhandara will never visit or recommend this property to anyone

We were here for 2 days. Rooms are big neat and clean. Very good staff. Hassle free stay. Didn't eat anything in the hotel. Clean towels and toiletries provided. Its on the main road. Very close to has-rat ganj. Closer to the city.

The property is good and at a convenient location though i think they can improve on their services like running hot water, more lighting in the room, hand towels and floor mats etc.

The hotel's washroom water choking at the bathing & washbasin area is a common problem. They changed my room and still the same problem. The dj night celebration was till 3:30 in the night & i was unable to sleep. And the most interesting thing is that the hotel staff didn't do anything & the reception guys says, we cannot stop their party they have done their booking.

I booked the hotel for two days but left just after one night. The blanket cover and bedsheet were not clean and seemed to be used once. There is no concept of city view although they charged for it. Hotel service is very poor and you will get a very rude response from reception especially from the reception lady. Breakfast was okk and nothing was special except room size. Not a good stay considering more than 6k per night. We have better choices in Lucknow.
