Horrible stay in lucknow: tasteless food, dilapidated rooms, suffocating atmosphere, zero ventilation, noisy surroundings.

It was short and crisp. Hotel Room was clean. Staff were very supportive. Washroom was clean. If you want to stay for a short duration this place is good and near to Market area and good restaurants. Specifically Tunday Kebabi and Prakash ke Mashoor Kulfi. Thank You Stay safe stay healthy and stay happy

First of all i was not able to find the hotel because the address which written in the hotel was totally wrong after traveling for 1 hour, i got to the hotel after that hotel management made me wait for 1 hour for the room because they said that they have not received the money and have sent the booking. After this, it was very difficult to find a hotel, there was no water bottle, no towels and shop given by hotel management. After that i can sleep whole night because room was filled with full mosquitoes, in the morning i went to the counter and for tawel tn i saw all are sleeping in counter area no one was present to attend me after that i left my room key on counter when i came back at night, i saw that my room was not even cleared. When i asked the hotel management, they said, you should have told this earlier. Seriously i will not recommend this place to anyone.

Well managed property staff is polite and prompt to attend any issue. Bit congested area but you can access everything nearby facilities.

Bathroom locks of our rooms were broken. When informed, they didn't bother to fix it. After checking out, we asked the manager and staff to keep our luggage at the hotel so that we could pick it up later and travel hassle free. They kept it well. But when asked for an washroom they just provided a basic toilet in the roof, a very unprofessional and insensitive approach.

I got the room on time, the room is a bit small, but the room was nice, and the behaviour of all staffs were super nice!
