Nice and comfortable stay Staff is very polite and humble I was attended by Shreya davis she was very helpful and kind . My family loved the stay . Also nice ambience and and delicious food. Rooms were cozy , comfortable mattresses and nice hospitality

Checked in hotel at 11.00 PM after very long hectic day and thought will have good sleep. Still struggling by killing mosquitos and no one is to take care. Till now have already killed more than 12 mosquitos and still counting. After calling for 3 times and waiting for more than 30 mins hotel just plugged All out, which infact brought all other mosquitos out from all corners.

The stay was all very comfortable, had an amazing stay with my friends over here, the front desk staff were all very nice especially Gufran, Mantsha, Davis who were there for the assistance during my stay for the betterment here and overall the hotel is made beautifully.

I came to Lucknow to visit all places and this hotel gives a different ambience, the staff were all so nice to all the guest whichever I experienced during my check-in process everything was well maintained the rooms were very comfortable and good .

The services provided by the hotel were highly unsatisfactory. The food quality was poor, with dishes lacking taste and freshness. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and irritating; during the workshop, they repeatedly reminded us about the checkout time, despite me already being aware of it, which disrupted the experience. Additionally, the lift was not functioning properly, causing significant inconvenience. Overall, the combination of poor food quality, subpar services, and unresolved maintenance issues made the stay very disappointing.
