Hotel's location and rooms are quite nice. But basic facilities do not work properly. Staff is quite careless as everyday we had to remind them to refurbish supplies.

Food was okay. Toiletries very bad... Rooms were fine. Response time is a bit longer. And if you are checking out before 9AM then you yourself have to manage to get your car from parking as there parking guys comes after 9AM. This is a bit strange

horrible experience..
Property is good rooms are fine…but omg the hospitality…pathetic is also a small word for their world class poor service…1. The day we checked in we ordered biryani in hotel restraunt …for 1 hour we waited and even the biryani was not served the only response was 5 min…we escalated to reception requested to speak to him reception guy said he is sitting…and look at the audacity they didn’t serve our food and also denied to order it from outside. 2.we asked waitress for serving tea in buffet her response was chai wha rakhi hai…seriously 4 star…4 star my foot!!
But this is nothing…the staff is completely untrained they don’t greet their guests and doesn’t take the customer concern seriously….worst hospitality experience ever…i don’t understand how it’s rated 4 ….if u want to starve and experience worst hospitality Utopian Luxe is the place for you!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful.The staff made check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful view. The reception staff specially Miss Muskan went out of their way to make our stay special and provided us packed lunch. I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service".

I booked the hotel on 24th Feb for stay on 24th Feb to 25th Feb and after the amount deductions & Booking Confirmation receipt I got a call from the hotel regarding non availability of rooms and hotel denied checkin ...As I availed the MMT Trip secure option by paying the extra amount and as per the policy of the hotel deny the checkin then the customer will be provided Rs 15000 but I have not for any amount

Hotel was not in actual that was shown in the photos and the staff and the services was worst then i have ever seen in a 4 star property. There is no corporative staff at all and they told us to book directly from us and they will give 15% flat discount.

The location of the hotel is awesome and easy to find. Food was good, also the amenities provided by the hotel like water, bathing products and other accessories which we used with no charges. The service was also good as we checked in late night the staff was super polite and checked us in quickly with 24/7 room service. Overall my stay was great, nothing to complain about.
