Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo spiegato che avevamo l'abbonamento VIP Silver e abbiamo diritto a una bevanda a persona per soggiorno. L'addetto alla reception ha detto che il manager non si era iscritto a questo, quindi non ne aveva diritto. Ci hanno offerto tè, caffè o acqua che avevamo. La camera era pulita e la nostra richiesta per una camera al piano di sotto è stata data. Il letto era comodo. . Sarebbe bello avere un bollitore in camera con tè e caffè per iniziare la mattina presto. Il menu del ristorante è molto limitato.

Hotel che necessita di ristrutturazione servizio deplorevole sia al ristorante che all'hotel non amichevole per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Chartres prenderò un altro hotel

Cozy place for couples. Clean room and friendly place. Front desk always open and available. Easy access and quiet neighborhood . Parking 🅿️ place well maintained and organized (highly recommended for visits). Nearby shopping mall and restaurant

Saving grace of this hotel are the staff and restaurant. Rooms need serious upgrade paint and plaster under window breaking away, desk top bubbled and lifting away, hardly any plug sockets with no usb ports, poor lightning, marks on carpet. Reception area and hallways very dated and again need seriously updating. However as mentioned earlier the staff were very welcoming and friendly both at reception and in the restaurant, rating would have been even lower had this not been the case

Valué for money. It was fulfilling the expectations. Clean, well located and gentle staff.

A poor, grubby apology for a hotel...the room smelled of stale bodies and sweat. No restaurant. No bar. No friendly staff. "Sorry, I don't have the codes for the till to give you a drink." Come on, guys. Just a teeny-tiny of hospitality, please. Someone at Accor Hotels needs to get a grip: you could start by giving the illuminated logo over the entrance a wipe. We weren't expecting 5 Stars. But really? From a so-called global brand. Embarrassing. No-one at Ibis Chartres Ouest Luce cares and it shows.

Have stayed here many times. The restaurant is ok but the food and choice could be better. We asked for a ground floor room and was given the disabled room which was spacious and clean the only problem was the extra bedroom area only had a net curtain up to the window so light came through from outside at night.
