不錯的體驗，房間很安靜温馨。房子有些年頭了。雖然住在五樓沒有電梯，需要做到四樓再走上去。服務還是不錯的

Nice man at reception, he took his time to explain where the lock-up garage was for my motorbike. Large room with very small bathroom, after my shower I had to dry myself in the room. Beautiful view from my room of the Holstentor and the river. Breakfast was very good. Location perfect. If I ever go back to Lubeck (it’s a nice city) I will stay at Jensens again.

Three of us booked a room for 3. It was clean and updated. It contained a seperate twin bed room, one bed, large window, closet space, shelving and night stand. The main room contained a desk, stool, chair and king bed. There was a water closet with toilet and sink. There was a seperate room for the shower and sink. Plenty of room for three of us. I think there was a fridge too. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was outstanding. We booked only the day before, because our reserved airbnb was inadequate. We stayed only one night. Room had no view to speak of, but that was of no consequence to us. We had a short walk to the train station.

Lübeck is a fabulous place to visit and the location of this hotel is great, in the historic centre, close to the river. Unfortunately the room we were given was horrible. It had a tiny window looking at a wall and was really hot and stuffy. It’s a shame because the rooms looking over the river must be nice. Our people liked the breakfast buffet. There isn’t anywhere inside where we could all sit together, but there were tables outside that looked out towards the river. We will not stay here again.

Husband, myself and one reasonably large dog visited this hotel last weekend. We were all made very welcome. Room was fine, location was great, staff extremely friendly. Because of Covid, our dog wasn't allowed in the breakfast restaurant. Husband got breakfast for us which we ate in our room. He said it looked very good. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby parking house, so parking was a reasonable price. You have to pick up a card from reception and use it when entering the parking house. We would definately visit again, but perhaps next time ask for a room with a view looking out onto the water.

So I rated them low for one reason only. We booked a standard room and you could select on their website if you wanted a river view. Obviously we ticked for the view. On arrival we were given room 409, excitedly we went up in the lift, opened our room door to find a dingy lit room with a tiny window that looked out onto a plastered wall which was a few feet away! We complained but there were no other rooms available, so they obviously know it's a crap room as they saved it till last. Complain, if you get this room. It's hot, airless, with absolutely no redeeming features. In the end they gave us 10% off the room price, however, even with that it's not worth it. On the plus side the staff were really nice and the breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel close to Lübeck center and parking house ( good staff) with reserved spaces not far from the hotel. The room 108 was small with 2 single beds, small TV, but OK for 1 night. Breakfirst was very good and staff very kind

Le point fort de cet hôtel est qu’il est joliment placé au bord de l’eau et avec vue sur la vieille ville. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. La chambre est confortable mais la décoration comme la salle de bains sont vieillottes. La salle du petit déjeuner n’a pas de fenêtre et est très sombre. Les mets proposés sont peu appétissants. Il n’y a pas de parking et la rue est très bruyante car de nombreux restaurants avec terrasse se succèdent. L’hôtel n’étant pas climatisé il est difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Nous avons été très déçus. A tarif équivalent il y a mieux à Lübeck.
