Hotel in zona An der Mauer, Lubecca

Mi piace il formato degli hotel B&B - hotel di base costruiti su terreni economici, di solito vicino a una pista ferroviaria (come a Lubeck) e con un codice di camera invece di una carta. La stazione è stata a soli 4 minuti a piedi, la mia stanza (come di solito è il caso in questi hotel) era di base ma senza spot. L'unica cosa che si può fare è entrare in un hotel dove si deve camminare attraverso un parcheggio che non è molto luminoso di notte.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt gegenüber von der Hauptbahnhof und 10 min erreicht man die Altstadt von Lübeck. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe Umgebung. Die Lage ist sehr gut.Die Ausstattung war auch in Ordnung, das Zimmer war sauber und Personal sehr nett.

Buona soggiorno, un po 'di spazio in camera. l'hotel è perfettamente situato, tutto è a distanza di passeggiata, pulito, bel personale. Non ha un parcheggio, come dice. Questo ci ha sorpreso, ma il ricevitore ha raccomandato parcheggio vicino 24h/5EUR. Ma era quasi pieno, avevamo l'ultimo posto. Prenotazione anticipata non è possibile. Le tende sulla finestra sono trasparenti, la luce penetra nella stanza. Non c'è rumore dalla stazione vicina, le finestre sono sigillate bene. La stanza è bellamente calda.

I miei consigli sono molto a questo hotel, la posizione è grande, il personale è super utile, piacevole e professionale! Sono davvero felici di sentirti benvenuti! Ci hanno dato i migliori consigli sulla vista e le loro raccomandazioni alimentari erano fab! Anche il mantenimento della casa è grande. Usavamo la sauna e ci piaceva davvero. Tutto in tutto il suo soggiorno a cinque stelle 👌👌

Very well located, if you don’t mind being ever so slightly out of town. The hotel is in a largely residential area, with easy on-site parking and with a handy branch of Netto downstairs. There is also a good size Edeka within a few minutes walk. Lübeck old town is a good half hour walk, but very straightforward and there are regular buses down Fackenburger Allee too. Rooms are air conditioned, with fairly good soundproofing. I will ask for top floor next time, as there was a noisy family above me with heavy feet - even through concrete! Breakfast is excellent - lots freshly prepared on site, and plenty of choice. Staff spoke good English.

Wir waren in dem Hotel/Motel für 3 Nächte. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Industriegebiet. In der Nähe befindet sich Mc Donalds sowie andere Fast Food Restaurants und ein Lidl. Der Bahnhof ist mit den Buslinien 3, 10 und 1 in ca. 9 Min zu erreichen. Man sollte bedenken das die Lautstärke von der Straße relativ hoch ist. Das Zimmer war mäßig Sauber. Es wird nur alle 3 Tage im Zimmer gereinigt was ich vorher nicht wusste. Der Müll wird nicht weggebracht und es wird auch kein Toilettenpapier nachgelegt. Man kann sich vorstellen das am dritten Tag das Zimmer schon sehr unschön aussieht. Es gibt in dem Hotel nichts ( Kein Fitnessraum, keine Rezeption, keine Bar und keine Lounge) Frühstück ist im Vier Jahreszeiten nebenan möglich für 20€ pro Person oder 10€ pro Kind möglich.

I called yesterday and wanted to make a booking for sauna and fitness etc. The receptionist told me that I should call Spa and make a reservation in advance due to the situation of corona. I was told that 6 persons are allowed in the sauna at one time. We can book as many times as we want as long as it’s still available. My boyfriend and me just wanted to have double appointments so that we can do 3 times sauna within two hours. So i called spa this afternoon, a lady told we we can book double hour at one time so here we are. I asked her if it’s gonna be like 8-9, 9-10 o’clock etc? She said yes to me. Then i requested about 16-18. Suddenly she told me 1630 to 1830. I was so confused actually but i was so happy to have the appointment done. We have also make a booking of an usage of fitness area. We wanted to swim as well. But she told me we don’t have to book for swimming. At the end we have made three day appointments. Due to fully booked massage service, we have to find somewhere else for massage. And we got an appointment at 17h on Friday, so i have to call the hotel up and change the appointment. The time another lady. She couldn’t find our bookings, none of them, no sport no sauna... surprisingly she tole me we can go to the fitness area whenever we like. But we have to book for swimming. Everything completely the opposite from the other employee. I feel really confused anyway. And the employee before, told me that we have to pay 5€ per person per day. If we book three days means 30€. Now here we go, the second colleague told me that we are not allowed to book double hour, only one hour per person is allowed. All the miss leading informations even though we booked the room for the weekend, sauna and swimming isn’t included also fine. Now we pay but no double hour? I have been to several wellness hotel, if we book the room those services are usually included. Don’t understand why we have to pay everything extra. As said...we update my review after our stay.

Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti in questo hotel e erano molto soddisfatti. Le camere sono molto grandi e dotate di balcone per rilassarsi la sera. Il buffet per colazione è stato molto delizioso e ampio. In ogni caso, si dovrebbe prenotare un parcheggio in anticipo, perché dopo un certo periodo non avrebbero più bisogno di parcheggio. Tuttavia, l'uomo può trovare un posto intorno (a pagamento) per parcheggiare. L'hotel è molto centrale e la spiaggia è a circa 2 minuti di cammino. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e sempre incontrabile. Molto consigliabile!
