Arrived a hour after check in .... got to our room and no Towels No soap or shampoo... Pool was closed and dirty... along with stairways and lobby area.
Oh and did I mention they had to change the top sheet because it had a red stain.
I will never stay there again... Worse hotel I have ever stayed at.

Was in room restroom out of order and water in half of room was not going to be moved was told room be fixed hours later nothing
Got moved to other room vrry dirty i have pictures and microwave literaly broken i had my own blanket n pillow slept on chair was tired from trip left tired bad smell in room . Will not dtay or recomend this place

Outside and exits dirty. toilet didn’t work the first night. Had to ask for toilet paper as none was provided.

It was filthy. The property and inside the room. The sheets were stained with what looked like blood. The smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling, and the carpet was filthy. And the curtains had burns in them.

Me and my wife left after 20 min of seeing the room the pictures do not do the stay justice. There was stains on the couch, a hole in the bathroom wall from the door. Mirrors n pictures obviously missing from what the pictures promise. No complimentary soaps at all barely any towels and room stunk like cigarettes, TV volume barely went up to 10. Never again

No coffee in room, no cups, no ice machines, pool was closed, no mini fridge, no room service, no elevator and front sliding doors needed to be open physically.

Traveling through - just needed a place to sleep before hitting the road again. Property was tired but not unacceptable. The indoor pool (which was in the central hall visible to every room) was being repaired and updated - - - not sure why they chose to do the work from midnight to 8:00 am. Although noisy, not enough to disturb my sleep. Breakfast was marginal, better option to find a McD somewhere.

Nice setup good upkept rooms BUT looked like pool and spa where under construction so noisy in the morning and very dusty

Toilet stayed running, breakfast was always missing something, swimming pool was close with cleaning hose thrown in it and never touched, hade go ask for towels for shower and letting building get run down
