The room is clean and nice.

Sehr schönes Zimmer und Bad. Alles sauber. Bis auf die üblichen Verkalkungen im Bad und die verschmutzte Lüftung. Das bekommen aber irgendwie die wenigstens hin. Kaffemaschine und Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Der Empfang war sehr nett und es gab sogar eine Cookie zur Begrüßung.Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Auch für mehr als eine Nacht.

The staff was amazing with helping me getting a room when Priceline put me in a very unsafe dump hotel and did not care what happened to me on my trip. I cannot say how much I appreciate the staff at this Hilton for all they did.

I was delightfully greeted by Dee upon my arrival. He was so friendly and what really made an impact was how he remembered everyone’s names. Not only mine but other guests in the restaurant and around the hotel. The hotel was fine but he would be the reason I would come back.

The value that the team bring to this property is awesome. ******* make a mistake on my reservation and Dee went along way to find a way to accommodate us even being a super busy week with the moving in at TTU. Scott and Montse have always a smile and make you feel as a valued guest and what to say about the food, Chef Peña has created an amazing and creative menu, please try the Chipotle Cesar it is really a really rounded piece of art. There is not a better place to stay in Lubbock. BTW this is my third time staying here and every time has been great

My husband and I, Sandra and James Sims began our stay beginning April 8, 2025 and stayed 4 months due to work. I had the honor getting to know each member of all departments.First of all, the Kitchen staff is amazing. Chef Antonio, Chef Ethan and Chef Cowboy and their assistants take pride in their work and the food is absolutely amazing. Thanks for the extra 10 lbs. Lol. The next department I want to recognize is the Restaurant /Bar staff. I want to thank Sheri, Britni, Ryan, Micah, Dylan, Shelby, Megan and Hannah. I sincerely want to thank you for the excellent service and professionalism you showed us. You are all very special to me. The front desk staff is very professional and outgoing. I became very close to them. I appreciate Crystal, Breezy, whom I adore greatly, Anthony and Scott. Anything I needed, they were always there for me. The housekeeping department is excellent. I had this sweet lady that took care of my room and I thank you sweet Jennifer. When she cleans, she does it 100%. Last of all, I have to say that we stay at alot of hotels and deal with alot of Managers. Dee, the Assistant General Manager, is a gentleman and is always there if you need his assistance. Shannon is one of the best General Managers I ever had the honor to meet. She treats her employees with respect and dignity. She is an absolute wonderful person and is an excellent Manager. I will miss each of you and thank you for treating us like family. Excellent, excellent!!!!
