Our room was dirty, when you looked at the wall in the bathroom & on the outside of the walls, they were Nasty! We ran out of toilet paper before room service was available. There were No Clean towels in the Pool area at all.

Love the plants on the inside. It has a tranquil feel. However our air conditioner was not working properly which isn’t bad for the weather outside right now, but summer months could be a problem for other guests. Easy access lots of restaurant near by.

The staff is amazing and super friendly and do a good job of keeping the place clean, that is the great part of the hotel. The down side is the hotel is dark, old and rundown, the ACs don’t work well, the walls have cracks, and the toilets are old, worn and small. I have stayed there three times in the past year for business travel but won’t be returning. As I said, The staff is great and the breakfast is wonderful but the hotel is in desperate need of repair and renovation, there are much better options in Lubbock.

Was not able to check in until almost 7, when check-in time was 4. No towels, maintenance had to go fix TV because it was broken. My daughter was beat up by two girls in an elevator so we left the hotel and went home. There were no cameras to catch the incident and help figure out who these girls were. By the way, my daughter is only 14 years old, I was in the room with the maintenance man trying to get my TV fixed while this happened on the elevator. I will never stay at the Embassy suites again.

First time staying here I was to check in at 4 arrived 15 minutes late just so that could be risk there were no rooms clean and we had to wait and no ETA. We were recommended to wait at the pool an hr after I had to go back and check no one had called us at all but we were told they had a room ready . Not so bad but what’s the reason for a reservation if we can’t get a room when we arrive ?

The outside appearance of the hotel is unappealing but the inside is beautiful. The room was clean and large. The internet was so-so, lost connection a few times and not fast. The Manager’s Reception food offerings were pathetic, worst I’ve seen at an Embassy. Breakfast was great. I’d stay here again.

This was an ok stay that would have been great of property was a bit updated. Rooms were dark and very old. Everything was old. It was clean and we lacked for nothing though and they have really good breakfast. Food was fresh and many options. Not at all limited with selection.
