Albergo piccolo a conduzione familiare, molto curato. Camere ampie, ben arredate e pulitissime. Letto molto comodo. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio per la macchina. Anche la cena al ristorante era molto buona. Viaggiamo con un cane al seguito, che è stato ben accolto.

Struttura in buona posizione, camera molto spaziosa, buona la cena. Purtroppo però l’accoglienza e i servizi minimi che ci si aspetta da un 5 stelle sono finiti qui. Al check-in, abbiamo dovuto compilare un foglio dove si comunicava a che ora ci si presentava a fare colazione e cosa avremmo voluto mangiare…., ma neanche a militare dai…., alla mattina arriviamo e al nostro tavolo troviamo già tutto, addirittura i piatti di affettati già tagliati e senza nemmeno una protezione, poi però ti chiedono di lasciare la camera alle 10.30 perché devono sanificare per il covid( settembre 2023), comunicazione Booking, la camera può essere occupata fino alle 11.00. Vabbè l’importante non è il cliente, ma la comodità della struttura.

L’hotel ha 5 stelle tutte meritate, molto ben tenuto e ci si sente molto coccolati, camere stupende fresche e in ordine, servizi ottimi, ci hanno perfino organizzato la visita all’abbazia di Mont saint Michel. Ristorante eccezionale noi abbiamo mangiato il plateau di frutti di mare. Per il prezzo decisamente conveniente, ottima la posizione, siamo andati a piedi a Mont Saint Michel in 40 minuti e dista 3 minuti dalla navetta obbligatoria per salire al Mont s/M

Hotel solo con poche stanze ma molto belle e accoglienti, i proprietari disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare. Abbiamo avuto solo una piccola perplessità sul modo di come fosse gestita la colazione del mattino in quanto era richiesta una ordinazione scritta il giorno prima e in tavola arrivava tutto con il gontagocce..... Noi abbiamo pensato che il disguido fosse legato ad una giusta gestione causa covid. Hotel comunque da consigliare.

Recently stayed here for two days with my husband and 17 month old daughter in March. We arrived early and were accommodated with an early check-in. That was very helpful considering how tired we were from our drive over from Paris. The hotel and staff were delightful in every way. The room we stayed in was a duplex with an outside patio area to breathe some fresh air in the day and star gaze at night. The beds were comfortable, the claw foot bathtub was very relaxing and if you’re not into taking baths there’s also a rainfall shower. We ate breakfast and dinner there on both days and we couldn’t recommend it more. The food was divine! Werner and his staff are on point in every sense of the word. My daughter had her first taste of caviar and it’s safe to say she absolutely loved it. We would absolutely suggest staying here if you want to visit Mont Saint Michel and the surrounding areas in Normandy and Brittany. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Very well-appointed, large and comfortable room. The dinner was also delicious! So glad we stayed here rather than in the less charming area by the Mont St Michel parking lot.

Beautiful appointed hotel with outstanding service near Mont St Michel. Not on the island but walkable if you are in shape. Great breakfast. Might need a bit more service people for late breakfast times; noticed most employees wear many hats and are busy starting their other duties by 10:30am

Just to be clear: This is supposed to be a 5* hotel and we paid an outrageous amount of money for just one night. Room was sort of ok. They had two sofas though, that looked as if they had no space for them in the building so those ended up in our room. We were asked, when we checked in, to fill in a paper with the choices for breakfast the next day. We thought it was just in case we wanted to have breakfast in the room. But it was not. We filled it in and we understood why the next day. Breakfast was a joke. We asked for “charcuterie” and for “homemade cake” and this is what we were served (pictures). Orange juice was not fresh. No alternative vegetal milks. Even the croissant was not fresh! And finally, in case you wanted Salmon…you have to pay an extra 9 euros. I insist: 5* hotel. When we mentioned all this when checking out, the lady (the same one serving breakfast) said this was to provide a more “personalised experience” and “to avoid waste”. We stated that this was a ridiculous answer and she did not care. She just asked how we wanted to pay. It is simply indecent. There will be other travellers visiting Mont Saint-Michel tempted to stay in a “different” hotel. The hotel knows that, most of the occasions it will be a “once in a life” visit and customers will not return back. The perfect opportunity to rip them off.

We had booked this hotel for October 2023 due to serious illness we have to cancel our stay when booking we were advised to take out their partner insurance company policy in case of cancellation as we had to pay in full at the time of booking € 1300+ for 3 nights and € 62 for the insurance , we paid both in full at the time of booking . Now cancelling a full two months in advance of the dates we find that even the insurance company is unhelpful when we have had to cancel this trip . Be aware and whatever you do do not pay in advance only a deposit
