Auf der Durchreise vom Gardasee nach Norddeutschland haben wir unterwegs nach einem Hotel gesucht und uns hat die Internetseite vom Cup Vitalis gefallen. Was danach kam war leider nicht so schön. Zu Beginn nannte man uns einen falschen Übernachtungspreis (30,00 EUR zu hoch), erst nach mehrmaliger Rückfrage wurde der korrekte Preis genannt. Anschließend gab man uns die Zimmerkarte, leider war das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gemacht, also wieder zurück zur Rezeption wo man uns erst nicht glaubte. Erst nach der Bitte uns zum Zimmer zu begleiten wurde uns geglaubt und man gab uns ein anderes Zimmer. Da wir schon einige Stunden unterwegs und hungrig waren begaben wir uns in die ”Restaurant-Etage”. Es war ein Buffet aufgebaut wie man es vielleicht im Altersheim findet, es sah schrecklich aus. Wir (59 und 53 Jahre alte) haben den Altersdurchschnitt im Hotel deutlich gesenkt, es gibt ausschließlich alte Hotelgäste. Jedenfalls haben wir dann das andre Restaurant aufgesucht (a la Carte Essen) und haben dort bestellt weil wir keine Lust mehr hatten in die Stadt zu gehen. Das Essen war schrecklich. Wie ein Fertigmenu. Ganz furchtbar. Man hat uns darauf hingewiesen das uns dieser Tisch dann auch zum Frühstück zu Verfügung steht, haben wir auch gemacht und auch das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, wir könnten das hier noch weiter ausführen, wollen aber nicht beleidigend wirken. Fazit: Zimmer gut! Rezeption: Unfähig! Essen: schlecht! Zudem hätte man auf der Internetseite schreiben müssen das es sich um ein Seniorenhotel handelt, also Altersdurchschnitt gefühlt 75+

Il nuovo hotel, il letto perfetto, i mobili molto bello. Un bicchiere d'acqua, una coca e succo di mela era nel minibar gratuitamente. Tuttavia, 2 km fuori dalla città, ma lo sapevo. Parcheggio in fronte all'hotel. Il colazione era buono, ma era un colazione corona, il che significava che dovevi aspettare il cibo alla tavola. Purtroppo, i camerieri non ci vedevano (stressati?) così dovevamo chiedere due o tre volte per tutto.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view on Würzburg. Unfortunately the amenities and service are not what you would expect for such hotel. It starts with the hotel check-in, starting officially at 15. We were refused access to the room at 14:25, not because the room was not ready but because it was not 15:00 yet. I never experienced that anywhere else, especially not in a 4 stars hotel. Since we had to wait for half an hour, we sat at the café and ordered two cocktails. The terrasse is really beautiful. But for 10€ each our drinks were mainly ice with not much to drink. The waiters were nice but most of them seem lacking experience and everything took a really long time. Upon check-in we were also told that breakfast was until 10:30 latest and that we had to be done by 11 very latest as people were coming then for the Sunday brunch. Some stuff was already installed for the brunch in the middle of the breakfast and it made us feel we had to rush. The room itself was really nice except for the TV which had the size of a laptop screen and really bad quality. At least 15 years old. There was also mold in the shower. Overall a nice place but it needs some upgrading. Also for a 4 stars hotel there should be a better attention to the client. Currently definitely not worth the price.

L'hotel è stato costruito nel vigneto e non ci è piaciuto. Il trasporto pubblico è un mezzo di trasporto. E' troppo lontano da Volkach, al centro della città. La ricezione è stata accolta a buon fine, ma la posizione della stanza è stata spiegata solo per andare in camera senza aiuto per il bagaglio. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e attraenti, e anche un balcone molto grande per le vigne. Purtroppo, c'è solo un piccolo armadio aperto. Letto matrimoniale prenotato - ottenere due letti singoli spostati insieme. Pulizia della stanza solo se la carta è legata alla porta - e ci vorrà molto tempo per farlo. Quando si torna nella stanza, si chiede di andare sul balcone nel frattempo. Nemmeno i guanti freschi ... Spa zona molto bella, soprattutto le zone di soffitta sono molto piacevole. Piscina con dischi di massaggio bella e sufficiente. area sauna bella. Colazione: molto buon caffè in varie varianti, succo buono, buon formaggio e scelta di salsa. I cibi offerti sono buoni ma non c'è niente di speciale (nessun salmone, nessuna setta di vetro). L'hotel è ancora molto nuovo e vuole lavorare moderno. In generale, il soggiorno era ”Ok”, ma non era altro.

The hotel was a bit hard to find (through a small road in the dark that my car gps didn't find). But the setting of the hotel was quiet and surrounded by nature. The rooms and bathroom were recently renewed and I had a terrace with chairs and a view on trees. Beds were fine too. Room temperature was adjustable by a radiator (that worked). I loved the large swimming pool (open from 7am till 22pm) with toilets, showers, armchairs and music. At the breakfast area there was no music and it was not all that warm. Bread and toast bread were stale. My coffee cup ran over with coffee due to a mismatch. This was nowhere clearly posted. Grapes in fruit bowl were old. Not my best breakfast experience. This can be improved. Otherwise I still would recommend this hotel. Reasonable price/quality ratio (new rooms and pool included). Large windows in public areas that look into nature is nice.
