Residence Inn Louisville East/Oxmoor

We stayed here for a weekend due to a competition at the Louisville Expo Center. It turned out to be a great location as it was only about 15 minutes away and very close to multiple restaurants and the mall, so there was plenty to do when we weren't at the competition. The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice and helpful. We had a one bedroom and it was quite comfortable. Having a full kitchen was really nice. The breakfast was nice to have a well! Free parking!! The pool was great but highly chlorinated, so bring eye drops.

I've stayed with the folks at this hotel for two weeks every year since it opened, I organize a large group during the Farm Machinery Show and the management and staff are top notch. The hotel is always clean, staff is always friendly, and the breakfast and dinner meals are always delicious. It is by far my favorite hotel I work with in my yearly routine. It says a lot that I see the same faces in the staff every year, very few hotels I work with and stay with can keep staff, I think it's a big deal that there appears to be no turnover. They make my choice to stay with them easy.

We have been staying at this Residence Inn for years and it is still a great Residence Inn. From the friendly and helpful front desk - - a shout out to Turquoise who was terrific - - to the breakfast staff, everyone who works at the hotel does a wonderful job. And, the hotel seems to have been spiffed up since we were there in April. Our go to hotel in Louisville.

This place is amazing and the staff are great! The food was amazing and Julie, Chris and Brittany were fantastic to work with! The suite was super clean and worked great for us and our pups! I will be staying here every time I come into town! Thank you all so much for the wonderful hospitality!

We had THE BEST weekend at the Residence Inn Louisville East/Oxmoor! The staff was great, super friendly and very accomodating! Big thank you to Brittany and Danielle for being so sweet, courteous, and able to answer all of our questions! The room we stayed in was a two bedroom/two bathroom suite, and it was fantastic! It had a full kitchen, a pull out couch, and the beds were so comfortable! Everyone loved the warm pool, and the fire pit was the perfect unwind after all the fun at the pool! The breakfast was delish, and the kids enjoyed exploring the large lobby/breakfast area. The adults and kids in our group all had a blast! It was the perfect hotel for a quick weekend getaway, but would also be very comfortable for a longer stay, and we will definiyely be returning! I highly recommend this hotel!

Our room was perfect with a full kitchen and a big modern shower! The AC went out in our room so it got pretty toasty in there, but the staff was highly accommodating and helpful! Their customer service was above and beyond what we expected! Even though they weren't able to fix the AC while we were there for the stay, they refunded us fully for the inconvenience. They were very helpful and apologetic for the hassle. Highly recommend this hotel for the full kitchen and great staff!
