L'hotel aeroportuale non ha o quasi non ha un servizio di trasporto di passeggeri.Attendere 45 minuti e fare un buon viaggio.5 chilometri dall'aeroporto, aggiungere 20 coltelli.Torna all'aeroporto alle sei del mattino dopo, e mi è stato detto che c'era un aereo, ma dopo le 8:15.Costa 30 coltelli di nuovo.

We had made arrangements for a Park, Sleep, Fly stay here with a flight from Dulles. We arrived Saturday afternoon dropped our vehicle and Springhill Suites provided us with a shuttle to the airport. The desk and shuttle driver were very kind. To our surprise, after several hours at the airport our flight was canceled. I called back to the hotel after 9p. They found me a room and sent a shuttle. They again were extremely kind and helpful. Husan at the front desk offered a later checkout due to our late arrival and need for a late departure on Sunday. Sunday afternoon they quickly arranged another shuttle for us. Our driver David was so very kind and offered the same outstanding customer service we received from Husan. We will be staying at this hotel again on our way home from our international trip. I highly recommend this location. Our room was very clean and really comfortable. It included breakfast in the morning. I will come again and highly recommend it to others who are traveling!!!

My company has a corporate rate at the hotel. It’s convenient to downtown Leesburg and my office. It’s a suite hotel, there are no dining options. They offer a breakfast in the morning. There is a small market area in the lobby. The room was fine. I had a king bed, bedside tables and a desk. The kitchen is furnished with plates, glasses, pans, etc. There was a small dining table, a pull out sofa bed and a dresser. The TV was on the dresser and rotated so it could be viewed from the sofa or bed. While a Hilton property, the digital key isn’t available, the doors use a sliding key. The hotel needs a refresh. The elevator sounded like it was straining. The rooms just felt dated. My company has rates at other properties in the area, I’d try them before going back to this hotel.

Quiet and clean rooms as well at modern look and quent staff. Great breakfast as well as clean breakfast station. Wish I came when the pool was open maybe next time I do a lot of work out there so definitely a stop by for me. They made me feel like I was at home.

UUtente ospiteLa seconda settimana di marzo, in occasione della riunione del comitato esecutivo nazionale AMVET, a Marriott, a Washington, sono arrivato, e ci sono stati accolti con un sorriso caldo al divano frontale. Angela P. era l'ospite perfetto e l'epitomo del servizio clienti. Molto personalizzato e adatti alle nostre esigenze per il nostro soggiorno, andò di sopra e di là per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse piacevole. Con Erin e Darnell, il personale del front desk e i funzionari di sicurezza erano eccellenti, ma la leadership e il personale del gruppo di eventi è un'altra storia. Sembrava che un certo individuo cercasse di fare un nome per se stesso e, facendolo, distrusse una grande parte del nostro piacere durante il nostro soggiorno. Dirò che lui e i suoi minions ci hanno fornito una memoria che sarà ricordata per molto tempo; una memoria esattamente opposta al servizio meraviglioso che abbiamo ricevuto al divano front! Kudos a Angela e i suoi collaboratori!

La mia moglie e io non poteva credere al grande servizio, alla camera pulita e confortevole, e al fantastico colazione a buffet. Il direttore generale era sempre in mano e lo ha fatto un punto di salutare ogni ospite sinistro al tavolo del colazione. Mia moglie e io trascorsi oltre 20 anni nell'industria del servizio alberghiero e siamo stati molto sorpresi dal livello di servizio di questa particolare proprietà. Ben fatto!

UUtente ospiteNon essere stupido dall'esterno e la vicinanza alla strada principale 28. Hotel è stato mantenuto e ha fatto un bel lavoro rimanendo rilevante. La camera era confortevole e tranquillo. Era chiaro che la custodia aveva fatto un buon lavoro e, a differenza di molti altri luoghi post COVID, rinfrescavano la stanza. Il barista di O’Malleys era amichevole e attento. Il bar era ben tenuto e aveva schermi per guardare i giochi di calcio. L'unico punto di svenimento era la qualità del cibo, abbiamo ordinato i Nachos e il pretzel, i Nachos erano solo tortilla con quel che sembrava essere salsa di formaggio e chili con qualche cipolle fresche tagliate. Il pretzel era buono, ma la salsa era liquida e non aveva alcuna aderenza al pretzel. Secondo il livello di entrambi, mentre il prezzo è paragonabile ad altre offerte di migliore qualità altrove. Un po 'di tweaking andrebbe molto lontano.

Very great facilities and is wonderfully dog-friendly. The staff we very friendly and helpful throughout our week-long stay. The complimentary hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. Wi-Fi was also very strong and allowed us to be able to zoom without issues.

PPassport46780136106In città per visitare mio padre morto per 2 giorni e era il più vicino al luogo di riabilitazione. Volevo controllare in anticipo prima di vedere mio padre, ma questo costava 50 dollari extra. Quindi mi aiutano solo le borse. La colazione è solo dalle 6:30 alle 9:30 e non ho partecipato. Soprattutto perché ero/sono emotivamente drenato con la situazione di mio padre. Ma la batteria di allarme per il fumo è andata fuori a mezzanotte. E ho chiamato al divano davanti. Nessuno ha risposto. Così ho cercato di dormire che non è successo. Mi sono chiamato alle 7:30 per lamentarmi e mi sono detto di andare al divano di fronte a mezzanotte per trovare una persona per risolvere la questione nella stanza che pagavo. Ero colpevole di non andare a un migliaio di più. Non mi fermero' mai più. Servizio di merda e compassione zero assoluta.Solo una buona cosa è che si può camminare attraverso l'erba e gli alberi per raggiungere un lago per camminare intorno e sia il Taverno dell'acqua dolce o il Giardino dell'oliva.

Traveling w my partner & dog. We used to like aloft bc they didn’t charge for pets. Welp, we spoke too soon bc now they do. Here’s the rub…my partner is a PLATINUM Marriott Bonvoy member. If you use bonvoy, you appreciate how hard that is to maintain. EVERY time we book, we ask for an extra blanket & 2 pillows. One of us is always cold & we both want pillows to prop up & watch tv since this price/grade of hotel doesn’t have extra seating. No matter how early or late we book, we never get the pillows or blanket. It’s pretty annoying. I understand that this is a less expensive hotel but I think we asked about FIVE times since. It’s ridiculous. Why does Marriott even ask if they’re not going to oblige? Other than that, the rooms are generally clean albeit on the small side. Today there was no disposable plastic cups-only a reusable one. With COVID still in the works, it’s not really acceptable. What’s happening at Aloft? We used to love!

UUtente ospiteThere was one major reason I booked this hotel. They offered 14 day parking, (we were going to be gone for 9 days), so .....bonus. Their website also offered free airport shuttle service from 5AM to midnight, since we had a 7:40AM flight out the next morning, this was ideal. When I asked the front desk clerk about making sure the shuttle would be available for a 5AM departure, she informed me the shuttle operated from 7A to 10P. I showed her the hours posted on the website and she said she was sorry but it was a mistake. We were forced to take an Uber the next morning. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was clean but dated. accommodations were OK for the one night stay. Upon return to Dulles, called for the shuttle. We were told they would be at the pickup point in 10 minutes. We were at the pickup point in under 10 minutes, waited 15 minutes and called again. We were told the driver made a pickup and left. Was told they don't wait for anyone and that we would have to wait another 15 minutes before the shuttle left again because the shuttle operated every 30 minutes. Their website says differently, see pics. To be fair, their website has been updated, since my complaints, to reflect the new shuttle hours but had they been accurate to begin with, that would have steered me to use another hotel in the area to begin with. The number one reason for picking this hotel was the early shuttle, as described on their website, which they didn't offer. Do not use this hotel unless you like to be disappointed. Never again!
