The hotel is very confortable and the custome service is excelent. American brekfast is good. Rooms very confortable. Amenities. Pillows and beds are confortables. Parking is good. In front of lake Nahuel Huapi , the view and sunset is bestiful.

We were really excited for our stay. Unfortunately the room we booked based on photos was not the room we got. They put the photos of the best rooms online but no guarantee you will get them and there is a big difference - even though they are same price and ‘category’! This is known and admitted to it (so essentially bait advertising!). Staff brushed us off, were rude and we waited 2 hours trying to resolve, to be told we couldn’t have the room we thought we booked as someone had it the following night. It was late at night by this time so we took the one room on offer. Decided to have dinner in the restaurant - avoid! It was terrible! All in all the hotel is beautiful and stunning views but they are misleading guests and the service and food is not good.

The view and pool were beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet. A good restaurant next door Check in and out was easy. We only stayed 1 night but wished whe had stayed 2. A bit of a long walk to town but do-able.

Vanessa is trained in Renata Franca method of lymphatic drainage massage. It is a different approach from one who expects a typical therapeutic muscle massage but in the end, offers the same and perhaps more benefits. Vanessa is very skilled in this discipline. My husband and I both had an hour long massage and enjoyed it very much. It was timely as we arrived in Faro tired and sore from our trek in Gibraltar. The spa location is under renovation so is quite spare at present. The massage treatment room and WC were spotless and comfortable. At this time, there was no option for payment other than cash, which was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from our experience. Highly recommend!

Location is great with gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Our room was really big, and everything was very clean. The heated floor in the bathroom was really nice, but it heated the bedroom uncomfortably if you left the door open. There were numerous worn areas on rugs, floors and walls. The spa pool was ok - large, but the water could have been hotter. The sauna was nice, and you could set the temp you wanted, but it took 2 hours for it to get to 70 C or higher. The outdoor pool was heated, but could use a good cleaning. All staff were very friendly and responded quickly to any requests. Breakfast was good, with plentiful amounts and variety of choices.

Hermoso hoyek. Habitación muy comoda y confortable con una vista al lago preciosa. Enorme ventanal y balcon para apreciar las montañas y el lago. El desayuno variado y rico y ademas podiamos llevarlo a la habitación para mis nenas que no se querian levantar. Lo unico es el wifi en la habitacion que muchas veces se perdia, pero lo demas fue espectacular. Seguro volveriamos.

El hotel es muy lindo, con una vista increíble! Nos tocó una habitación hermosa. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Todos muy cordiales desde el momento de la reserva hasta que nos retiramos del hotel. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía. Sin dudas, volveríamos!

Una de las habitaciones más amplias y cómodas en la que nos hayamos alojado. Las vistas desde todos los ambientes increíbles. El desayuno exquisito! El personal súper amable. Lo único que nos convenció fue el restaurante (cena), que está tercerizado.
