Abbiamo soggiornato con i miei amici dal 15 al 24 dicembre qua, eravamo in 15 e ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo. La pulizia delle stanze viene effettuata giornalmente e il cambio delle lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. I letti matrimoniali sono due letti da una piazza e mezzo l’uno accanto all’altro e sono molto comodi. Davanti alla reception c’è un bar buono e molto economico, fuori per gli appassionati c’è anche un tavolo da biliardo. Unica pecca il wi-fi è a pagamento e non va ugualmente, a noi questo poco ci è importato anche perche se è fondamentale il wi-fi a tenerife siamo arrivati alla buccia.

The restaurant here is excellent, the staff were really friendly and reasonably priced. Really good on site supermarket that did the best fresh baguettes. Staff were great here too. Pool was freezing so didn’t swim. Sun beds very uncomfortable we had to buy some padded mats from the Chinese supermarket and had to get up early to get a bed! The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room 123 but ok everywhere else. Great having sky sports in the room. Mattress was very comfortable and room very clean. No sun at all on our terrace which was a shame. Would return though. Overall it was a good complex

Rented a newly refurbished 2 bed 2 bath apartment from the lads, great communication from the start, easy to collect keys as office closed, asked where apartment was as a bit of a maze but no problem with that. We liked that we were not bothered unless we needed anything from them. Beautiful apartment and a lovely complex, very quiet and we can't wait to go back

Fabulous 👌 the staff are excellent and very friendly. The food is amazing. Location is very central. The apartment was clean and tidy and very spacious for what we paid. Overall I would retun here again and again. The best christmas dinner around noticed people who weren't staying in the apartments turning up for christmas dinner at 35 euros it was a bargain and very delicious. Well done everyone 👏

Location and the apartment itself are very good. However the noise from early in the morning till 2am at night at the main area/reception/resto is hell. Make sure your room is 50 meter away from it, otherwise just cancel this Location. We complained and the reception team was very well aware of this problem. But didn’t act at all. In their info map they say it is calm as of 10 pm…….well forget it. For us Never Ever Again.

We spent the last two week at the apartment and had really great time. The Cristian Sur apartments cafe/restaurant did excellent food and was very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. The only problem with the apartment was with the bedroom, meant for two people. Really it was only big enough for one bed. You couldn't open the bedroom door fully or access the second bed. On arriving home, I unpacking my suitcase to get out my jeans but I couldn’t find them. I then ask my partner If she had put them in her suitcase, but no they weren’t there either. We had both checked the apartment before we left. I then contacted Simon Lovelady-Wakenshaw who I booked the apartment with for Atlantichorizons and asked if a pair of Levi Jeans & belt (approx. value £120) had been found in the apartment. He replied “unfortunately they hadn’t”. The only conclusion is, if they have not been handed in, that they had been stolen. There is a safe for valuables, but I didn't expect someone to steel my clothes.

First time staying here amazing apartment plenty of room and the pools are great. The good in the cafe is delicious and a very good price I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff are accommodating and friendly thoroughly have enjoyed our stay .

I didn’t like it the lifeguard was rude all the people was rude there a person in the restaurant spreading rumours It was not very good I didn’t like it all the people was really rude there and I wouldn’t recommend los Cristianos I would recommend los Américas at tenetifr
