Hotel in zona Vanalden Cave, Los Angeles

WOW! My wife and I stay at every level of hotels from Best Western To The Roosevelt to Waldorf Astorias...This one impressed. First of all, the Valet was absolutely their for every guest. Non-judgemental about having a motorcycle delivered to their location, they were even curious about the BMW r1800! Travis (I believe his name was, he is the boss) has an incredible crew, as he himself was very pro-active. Friendliest and most responsive valet service I have ever seen! The Front Desk.. Attentive and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and expeditious in their service. As you walk through the beautiful lobby, the front desk is right to your right, along with the concierge (Dave ROCKS!)...no lines (On Memorial Day), and forthrite information. The Food... So delicious, The rooftop dining had a more casual atmosphere, with beautiful view of the Bev Hills Mountains. The menu is delicious, and (relatively) cheap. About $200.00 will get you a ice dinner, dessert and wine. All with great service. They have a new wine manager, at the time this review was written, who is full of knowledge and energy. The first floor restaurant, Espelette, has a new Executive Chef, Stephen..French...Lively personality and loves greeting his guests. My recommendations? Try the Bronzini, both restaurants are superb. The rooftop makes it over potato, with asparagus, while Espelette allows the fish to shine utilizing sides to compliment. The fish in Espelette is dried for 72+ hours, and is full of flavor..The true winner, though is the eggs benedict...OMG the creamiest Hollandaise I have ever had the joy of tasting bar none! The eggs Benedict is served with either ham or salmon, try both! And the service is incredible! The Room... Beautifully appointed with a touch of class..A mattress on the bed worthy of this level hotel..And maid service multiple times a day, and on call. So you never come back to a messy room! 24 hour in room dining... The Bad.. The only issues we ran into were considered minimal..and IMO, no fault of this property. The reservation people claimed they were at the hotel...they were not..the gave us misinformation, which is par for the course with hilton reservations...a never ending battle. And the house car did not show for the pick-up..the concierge said that the driver had called wondering where we were, and we called wondering where he was! I still give this property 5/5.

It’s very close to Universal Studios Hollywood. Walkable distance, 8 mins walk. There is shuttle bus provided but we prefer walking. The room is spacious and clean. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. Great stay.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Gli amici che tornano in Cina per il test del doppio yin possono stare certi che arriveranno al luogo del test entro dieci minuti a piedi. Posso vedere il luogo del test nella mia stanza, il che è molto comodo. È anche molto vicino all'aeroporto, l'hotel dispone di un bus navetta, l'autista aiuta con i bagagli e il servizio è eccellente. Anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, molto tranquillo, pulito e igienico. Durante l'epidemia, i servizi di pulizia non saranno forniti. Questo è molto comprensibile. La prevenzione e la sicurezza delle epidemie sono la priorità assoluta. Puoi comunicare con il personale di servizio di sala se c'è qualcosa che manca nella stanza e il personale di servizio lo invierà alla stanza. In breve, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva.

L'ingresso e la lobby sono piuttosto carini e moderni, le camere sono esattamente l'opposto. Anche se fa il suo lavoro dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio, la stanza era molto antiquata. Il letto era abbastanza buono, devo dire. Anche l'allarme antincendio è suonato due volte nel cuore della notte. Ci hanno offerto la colazione complementare come risarcimento, ma solo dopo aver presentato un reclamo. La posizione è abbastanza buona. Vicino all'aeroporto e vicino alle auto a noleggio (10 minuti a piedi) La sala fitness è ok. Obsoleto, ma fa ancora il suo lavoro.

Molto pulito, ma costringe un obbligatorio $30 per il credito giornaliero per cibo e bevande, non si scalda, quindi se non lo usate in un giorno, non si aggiunge fino al giorno successivo.

Buona posizione per viaggiare intorno alla città. Parcheggio costa USD 63 per notte. Buon ristorante per pranzo e alto livello per vista della città! Excelente servizio :)

Servizio clienti rapido e cordiale..il primo hotel che ho prenotato a Los Angeles. Veramente stupito dalla vista dal tetto, indimenticabile, super rilassante

Era una stanza accogliente (giusta per una persona) e le dotazioni in camera sono ben pensate. Strutture sufficienti per il viaggiatore d'affari (sale riunioni, wifi veloce, lavanderie, ecc.). L'area non è delle più sicure (non si può fare a meno perché è nel centro di Los Angeles) ma fanno del loro meglio per offrire agli ospiti tranquillità ed è molto vicino a numerose attrazioni turistiche. Tutto sommato una buona esperienza e lo consiglierei ad altri viaggiatori.
