Was here for a speaking engagement. Convenient to everything.. 1 minute off the freeway, lots of dining options nearby. Hotel cafe was a little pricey for breakfast. 2 eggs and toast for $11.00 ..would probably opt for another option for dining next time. Will definitely stay here again. Great service 2017

Aveva prenotato attraverso gli hotel fissi con espresso americano con un gruppo di privilegi, tra cui check-in precoce, aggiornamento della stanza, ecc. Abbiamo controllato nelle ultime 4 ore, nonostante un check-in precoce. L'elettricità della stanza non funzionava con i commutatori non funzionabili. L'ingegnere dell'hotel era lì per mezz'ora intera, impedendo di rilassarsi o anche di usare il bagno. Dopo aver insistito per un cambiamento di stanza, il direttore John Pierce ha offerto di cambiare la stanza e un servizio di spa per far fronte all'esperienza patetica che non si aspettava in una proprietà di questo stato. Il bagno ha chiamato con tre opzioni e servizi che li hanno adattati, che ho rifiutato. In breve check-in dalla loro sorella proprietà The BeverlyHills Hotel questo era un manipolazione difettosa di un costume di ritorno. Ho fatto un breve viaggio agli Universal Studios e ho prenotato lo Sheraton Universal.
Tutto l'ambiente, la pulizia era buona. Tuttavia ha sollevato più volte domande sulla dimensione della camera con la reception. Tuttavia non ha avuto una risposta positiva. Suggerirei ai nuovi clienti di controllare la taglia prima di prenotare per la tua famiglia.
Nel complesso una buona esperienza, ma avrebbe potuto essere memorabile se avessi avuto camere di buone dimensioni.

First of all, this hotel is not in Beverly Hills. Don’t expect it to be. False advertising in my opinion. Call it what it is: Westwood. Secondly, and more importantly, the hotel rooms smell horrible. They gave us a tour of five different rooms on different floors and they all smelled extremely bad. It seems like a combination of old carpet mixed with an ancient HVAC system. They try to pump in air freshener to cover up the smell, but that only makes it worse. I felt like I was going to have an asthma attack. The lobby looks inviting and updated. But the rooms are in poor shape and more importantly - the air is not clean or fresh. And don’t plan on mitigating with an open window as they don’t open. I honestly can’t figure out how this hotel is getting such good reviews. We had to get out of there as fast as possible. There’s no way I could’ve slept a night in that hotel. Kimpton should’ve made it up to us but drop the ball on that as well. Gives me little faith in staying in another Kimpton hotel in the future.

YYC008Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars;
First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

UUtente ospiteIt was an enjoyable stay with Fairfield Inn, at El Segundo. The service from the front desk, to the cafeteria staff during the breakfast to the airport shuttle service were great! All of them were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room was smaller than we expected but acceptable. Otherwise, the whole experience was great.

UUtente ospiteIl personale era molto amichevole e accogliente, ci permetteva di controllare un po' prima di quanto fosse normale, che era grande, perché abbiamo appena finito un volo di 14 ore e molto gettato/cantato. Le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate, molto pulite e pulite.
In generale non molto da lamentarsi. C'era un odore (pulizia/parfum/fiori?) che è menzionato in altre recensioni, tuttavia non abbiamo trovato questo disturbo in generale e ci siamo abituati. Avendo l'aria condizionata sembrava ridurre l'intensità.
Solo il punto di svantaggio è che è un po' lontano dalle aree turistiche (15-20mins da Uber) quindi se non ti importa, questo è un posto fantastico per stare.

Cynthia della reception è stata molto accomodante per la mia richiesta ed è stato un soggiorno fantastico. Il personale è cordiale, cortese ed efficiente. Il parcheggio coperto con cancello è stato utile durante la tempesta e apprezzo che abbiano 3 carrelli per bagagli ben funzionanti a disposizione degli ospiti. Il Gateway Towne Center è raggiungibile a piedi, a 1 isolato da Best Buy, Marshalls, ecc.

Non è male per un giorno o due finché incontri bene i coinquilini. Anche l'aria condizionata funziona bene. Gli asciugamani potevano essere noleggiati per $ 2, ma non erano puliti. Puoi conservare oggetti importanti chiudendoli con il tuo lucchetto negli armadietti che si trovano nella stanza in base al numero di persone.

Trip non dovrebbe permettere una recensione simile!! Quando abbiamo scoperto che non c'era un autobus dall'aeroporto, abbiamo chiamato un Uber dall'aeroporto per andare all'hotel. Ogni via l'Uber costa 46 dollari (senza suggerimento). Anche se l'hotel non è molto lontano dall'aeroporto. Non sappiamo perché sia così costoso.Quindi abbiamo pagato 100 dollari solo a partire e all'aeroporto. Non siamo felici di questo:(
Quindi non restare in questo hotel se vai dall'aeroporto. Non fare lo stesso errore che abbiamo fatto e sprecare i tuoi soldi.

We stayed in Motel 6, Hollywood from 2 June to 6 June 2023. This hotel is only about 100 mts away from Hollywood Blvd and the famous Walk of Fame. It’s about 5-10 minutes' walk from a variety of attractions including Dolby Theatre, TCL Theatre, Hollywood Wax Museum and various other museums like Guinness Museum, Hollywood Museum, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, Capitol Records Building, Madame Tussauds Hollywood, Death Museum etc. Universal Studios Hollywood is 3 miles away. Reception staff was not at all polite and they just did their duty of checking-in. They were not helpful in any manner and once we understood their behavior, we just avoided them. In fact the guy was very rude. The reception area looked like a mediocre lodge and the property is not well maintained. However, room was clean and was provided with TV, mini refrigerator, telephone, tea/coffee maker, iron box and free Wi-Fi. Bathroom had essential toiletries. There were loud noises coming from the corridor, even at mid-night. Though bed was comfortable, sleep was not comfortable for the noises coming from outside. Breakfast is not provided, however, free tea/coffee and a microwave facility is provided in the ground floor. A vending machine for snacks and drinks is kept nearby. There are plenty of eateries and bars not far off in Hollywood Blvd. Housekeeping is very poor. We made some request, which was never attended. We could see bottles and waste kept near the elevator and in the corridor. Often took the staircase, as we need to wait long time for the very old and slow moving elevator. There is a self- operated coin laundry, but, it was the most expensive laundry during all my stays in US. They charged $5 for one trip of washing and drying, whereas it was $3 in all other hotels. Metro station is only about 10 minutes walking distance. The street from Hollywood Blvd to the motel mostly look deserted and it is bit scary, especially in the evenings. You can find lot of drug ******* and homeless hanging around that area. Despite the price being high, I didn’t have high expectations of this place as Hollywood is expensive and you won’t get a good hotel for this price. However, that is not an excuse for rude behavior of staff and poor maintenance of the property. Overall, not happy with the stay and will never return.

Molti cibi poi gettati fuori, era come uova in pacchetti, piccola mini salsa supercottata, e patate fritte disegnate. Molti ospiti d'oltremare hanno mangiato dopo 9-00am nessun cibo? Anche le persone che lasciavano prima 7-00am sono mancate! La stanza era buona e il bagno era molto pulito!

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato questo hotel perché dicevano che avevano una piscina e che hanno chiuso la piscina circa un anno fa. L'ascensore rimarrebbe bloccato tra i piani. La colazione era molto piccola, spazio sufficiente solo per forse 3 persone per fare colazione. Gli altri ospiti avrebbero dovuto aspettare fuori finché la stanza non fosse stata liberata. E il futuro era molto vecchio, la vernice sul futuro era scheggiata. I materassi sono vecchi e macchiati. Le foto sul loro sito web mostrano camere davvero belle. Eravamo bloccati lì senza macchina. Non ci torneremo MAI MAI più. Ho pagato quasi $ 1500. per 8 notti. Non ne vale affatto la pena. Siamo rimasti così delusi.
