Hotel in zona Saddle Peak Trailhead, Los Angeles

Questo hotel è bellissimo e il nostro soggiorno era di 5 stelle. La posizione non può essere battuta. L'iscrizione è stata una brisa e siamo stati accolti con una bottiglia di champagne e una bella torta di frutta. La stanza va bellamente designata e spaziosa. Il balcone vi permette di godere di colazione mattina mentre respirate nell'aria dell'oceano.Mangiamo al Carbon Beach Club due volte e ordinammo servizio in camera più volte e il cibo era delizioso. Abbiamo trascorso tempo sulla spiaggia e il personale ha creato delle sedie di salón bello e ha anche fornito cibo e bevande. Una notte abbiamo chiesto Snickers extra perché abbiamo mangiato quello nel minibar e ci hanno portato con urgenza un po' di extra. Abbiamo anche amato i prodotti Toto toilette e Bamford bagno che il mio bf ha ordinato i prodotti Bamford prima di partire! L'hotel si trova anche vicino alla piazza di Malibu, a Nobu Malibu e ad altri grandi ristoranti, a Malibu Country Mart e infinite posti di cammino. Si consiglia molto di questo hotel per chiunque cerca di visitare Malibu.

Tutti gli aspetti sono buoni, al cima della montagna, il paesaggio è molto bello.L'unico che ha una grande camera da letto, nessun letto matrimoniale.

Aveva un breve soggiorno, ma dopo un lungo viaggio dalla baia, era sufficiente per rilassarsi nel loro jacuzzi, che era molto bello avere completamente da noi stessi.

In generale, la camera è grande e il processo di soggiorno è facile e veloce.L'hotel ha anche una piscina, anche se non ha la possibilità di nuotare, il male è che mi ha preso due volte l'oro.Non posso vedere nessuno pulire dopo aver finito la lavanderia nella stanza

La zona si sentiva al sicuro, il personale era grande e la stanza era di valore, e l’unica cosa che mi piaceva era il bagno in una stanza di sostegno e le cose uscirono e si secchevano all’interno. Ho dovuto pulire il bacino due volte perché sembrava la stessa cosa dopo che il giorno dopo il servizio in camera è arrivato.

We were shocked by the positive reviews for this hotel. We arrived late at night. When we got off the elevator, there was a huge pile of vomit on the floor. We went down to the front desk to let the staff know. The desk agent said that he knew about the vomit, but didn't have anyone to clean it. He said he had a photo of it on his phone and would let the cleaning crew know as soon as they arrived. We went back up to our room. The entire hallway on our floor stank from the vomit and a pervasive smoke odor (despite having reserved a nonsmoking room). Our room was filthy. There was hair in the tub and the edges of the shower had pink fungus growing in there, which suggested that it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks or months. The room stank of smoke. The beds were hard as a rock, the safe in the closet had no batteries, so it was unusable. The drains in both the shower and the sink were clogged. We were disgusted, but so tired from traveling that we decided to sleep and switch rooms in the morning. When we got up the next day, the pile of vomit was still in the hallway. We went down to the lobby to alert the front desk that the vomit had not been cleaned. A new desk agent was there and he said that he knew that the vomit was there but his janitorial crew had only been in for a few hours and hadn't been able to clean it yet. A FEW HOURS??? It would seem that vomit in a public space would be the very first important thing to clean when the staff arrived in the morning. The desk agent literally couldn't care less that there was a public health issue that had been sitting there, unattended to, for over 14 hours. All things being equal, we decided not to eat the included breakfast. If the hotel staff can't be trusted to keep public spaces clean, how could we trust that food had been handled properly? This was the most revolting hotel stay we've ever experienced and we've stayed in some pretty questionable accommodations in far flung locations. We contacted Holiday Inn about our experience and never heard a word back.

La posizione è l'unica cosa buona di questo hotel. Se rimani nelle stanze sul retro, c'è molto meglio che nella parte anteriore dell'hotel. Che ha bisogno di essere rinnovato soprattutto per il prezzo dell'hotel. Il personale è stato cordiale nel complesso non ha mai avuto problemi?

Checking in the hotel was a breeze. Rudy was very helpful and provided all the information needed for my overnight stay at the hotel. The king suite room was clean and had all basic amenities. I was given free bottled water for being a member of Hilton. Breakfast was great! The best thing was that Trader Joe’s was literally just steps away! I would stay at this hotel again.

This place is so sweet, so clean, feels prestige. Great area as well, only parking is expensive.
