Questo hotel si trova sul Sepulveda Blvd ****** nel Valle di San Fernando. Dopo aver soggiornato nella maggior parte degli hotel/motelli sul boulevard, l'HOMETOWN INN (9401 Sepulveda Blvd) impiega un personale di servizio di fronte dedicato che si impegna a curare i loro ospiti e a soddisfare esigenze speciali in qualsiasi ora del giorno. L'hotel stesso è ben mantenuto e per il tasso giornaliero di $100.00 sette giorni alla settimana non ci sono sorprese. Sono felici di fornire ciò che nessun altro stabilimento avrebbe mai considerato. HOMETOWN INN di North Hills vince il mio 5 💎 premio. Parcheggio sicuro, aree comuni ben illuminate, wifi che funziona in tutto il luogo, TV via cavo e A/C. 7-Eleven al negozio di donut alcuni ristoranti fast food nel lavastoviglie o passi dalla porta anteriore.

We like the Airtel. We’ve stayed here many times over the years. We were told they closed to the public for a couple years and became a homeless shelter. Admirable, but now that they’re open to the public again they really need to resume the same services they had. No restaurants. No in-room coffee. No microwave. No refrigerator (unless you ask for one and lucky enough to get one of few they have left). Crack in the bathroom sink. Not even an ice-machine, but at least you can bring your ice bucket to the front desk and they’ll fill it for you. It’s evident that they HAVE been working on restoring the place; the room was clean, great pillows, A/C worked fine, but they have a long way to go to regain their “former glory”. Were it not for Gary at the front desk (who did everything in his power to make us happy), we probably wouldn’t be back, but we will return.

La posizione era ok la stanza era pulita lontano alla TV praticamente lavorato doveva essere super vicino alla TV per usarlo mio figlio non poteva affiancare la sua Xbox era a molto rumore e tremando poco dormito non sapeva che era un deposito finché non l'ho controllato ma potevo Ricevuto una volta che ho controllato non riuscivo a portare la bici di mio figlio, quindi dovevo metterla intorno all'angolo e poi qualcuno ha rubato il suo sedile.

Ci piace stare qui è davvero accessibile a tutto come ristorante, studio universale e ci sono molto da fare qui special@night not so traffic :)

Le camere sono belle e pulite. Il carpetaggio appare nuovo. Il letto re era comodo. Il personale è amichevole. Quando si è accolto, ci erano quattro parti in attesa con un solo agente di ufficio. Era molto gentile e riconosceva quelli che noi aspettavamo. Poco dopo, un altro agente è arrivato e ha accelerato il controllo in corso. Questo è un plus per me. Il luogo prende la sicurezza seriamente, un altro plus per me, con la vostra carta chiave necessaria per l'accesso alle porte esterne, tranne l'ingresso principale, e gli ascensori. Internet è veloce e affidabile. La colazione mattina era buona e la maggior parte delle selezioni erano prese in contatto con il personale. Il cibo caldo non era così caldo, ma capisco la sfida in un sistema di stile buffet. La nostra camera di fronte a Sepulveda Blvd era rumorosa, ma si può vivere con esso con la ventilazione, un grande positivo per questo hotel è il parcheggio gratuito che è facilmente accessibile. Ristoranti e altre necessità, come i negozi di prodotti alimentari e le stazioni di gas, sono a poche miglia dall'hotel.

Sono sempre rimasto a Los Angeles!La stanza è molto pulita e tranquilla, non sento quasi il suono della stanza di sopra e di sotto.L'hotel è molto grande e ci sono molti divano, quindi non devi preoccuparti di passare il tempo fuori dalla stanza.Poiché ci sono molti dipendenti, il supporto del servizio è anche molto ricco. Il difetto è che la devaluazione dello yen ha portato ad un aumento del costo dell'alloggio. Ma questo è il mio hotel preferito, sono felice di aver vissuto lì.

This review is for GRANADA INN in Rinaldi st, GRANADA HILLS & NOT for any other hotel or inn with same name in Los Angeles or anywhere in the world. I RARELY give a BAD REVIEW but I need to share our experience last Mar 5: 1) WI-FI did NOT work despite numerous attempts of the efficient receptionist😓 2) TELEPHONE did NOT work too. - I had to walk to the office to complain 3) TV did NOT also work 😞. However, it was later fixed by front desk staff. 4) WORST THING for this handicap room:😫 -The bathroom FLOODED😨, at least 2 inches water. My husband only washed his feet. I made sure knob/ handle was tightly closed. But an hour later, WATER was everywhere. There must be a LEAK somewhere. The shower drain was obviously clogged for that much water to accumulate😫 in the whole big bathroom. Although it was so late, staff moved us to the next room. Very INCONVENIENT & CUMBERSOME! 😩 but necessary. He brought lots of towels but they were not enough to cover the bathroom lake. My husband ALMOST FELL in the water😥 while I was packing. I had to go in fast (when I heard him going inside) before an accident could happen. DANGEROUS bathroom scenario. 5) Next Room (room 102) Problems: a) HEATER did not work properly-😢 I had to raise temp to 89 to adequately heat the room. Previous room (#101) was warm enough with temp set @72. b) BATHROOM DOOR😭 It looks so sturdy & feels heavy but when my husband (who’s weak & wobbly after his hosp discharge that day) tried to open & slide it, but the door somehow came off & HIT his head.😢Fortunately, I was able to catch him before he would fall to the floor. I had to push that door against the wall. Thankfully, the glass was not broken🙏🏻. He later complained of moderate to severe headache. I’ve had 2 recent surgeries for cancer 🙏🏻& lifting ＞5 lbs is not allowed at this time but with my husband’s predicament & near accidents, I had to exert so much effort 😫 to support his 200 lb weight & prevent him from falling down. 6) HANDICAP PARKING It’s located in front of the reception area. That’s NOT appropriate since the handicap room is NOT nearby. My husband had to walk with difficulty😢to our assigned room. HANDICAP PARKING should be RIGHT NEXT to the handicap room. I had to suggest that when we first check in & when we checked out. Minor inconveniences: 1) limited parking 2) noise from the freeway since it very, very close to 405N entrance 3) no working vending machine (work order for repair mentioned by receptionist) in the facility at that time. Unfortunately, there’s no complimentary water bottles for guests inside the room like most hotels & inns now provide. You have to drive to the gas station to buy them. I had to ask the front desk guy to give me a cup of water for my husband to take with his meds right away. I sent an email concerning our issues during our stay to 2 depts, including customer service but received NO RESPONSE, as if they did NOT care at all. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Be VERY WARY of this place... We’

Ho soggiornato al Four Points by Sheraton mentre visitavo Los Angeles. L'hotel era carino e il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. L'hotel si trova proprio accanto all'aeroporto LAX. Il deposito era di 350 $ e secondo me devi pagare 50 $ per il parcheggio notturno, è scandaloso. Alla fine ho recuperato il mio deposito abbastanza velocemente. Ho scelto questo hotel perché era un prezzo decente, ma dover pagare 50 $ extra per il parcheggio lo rendeva piuttosto costoso e mi ha fatto pensare che avrei potuto alloggiare in un hotel migliore per il prezzo che ho pagato in totale.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Gli amici che tornano in Cina per il test del doppio yin possono stare certi che arriveranno al luogo del test entro dieci minuti a piedi. Posso vedere il luogo del test nella mia stanza, il che è molto comodo. È anche molto vicino all'aeroporto, l'hotel dispone di un bus navetta, l'autista aiuta con i bagagli e il servizio è eccellente. Anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, molto tranquillo, pulito e igienico. Durante l'epidemia, i servizi di pulizia non saranno forniti. Questo è molto comprensibile. La prevenzione e la sicurezza delle epidemie sono la priorità assoluta. Puoi comunicare con il personale di servizio di sala se c'è qualcosa che manca nella stanza e il personale di servizio lo invierà alla stanza. In breve, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva.
